    Pathetic services, for a single planned surgery I had to apply for claim 3 times, 1 time it got approved but due to renewal of policy I had to reapply the same after taking time from doctor, they told me it would be a smooth process & reapproval will be given quickly, it took them 7 days & they denied for yet another reason, no proper response was provided, I had to call the agent Mr. Jinal ten times for him to just pick up the call, he just provided me with another contact number Dr. MUKTI, who was so busy she never took my calls & once when she bothered picking up didn't respond properly. Mr. Jagdish from cashless department actually lied that he hasn't received any response from hospital while I was marked on that mail. These people just talk nicely when they have to sell a policy, but don't follow through on their words.

    I wish there was an option of negative rating. I have never seen such a pathetic service. No one ia picking up a call for claim follow up. Landline number given is wring. Once in a blue moon when person pick up a call, they simply reply its under process. I am sending mails since more than 2 months and still i am unaware of exact status. Always they fall short of document which is already submitted multiple times. I dont know when i will get back my claim. Planning to change TPA. Health india Ahmedabad: Worst, pathetic, useless, would strongly recomend to change the TPA.

    Health India is a very Good Tpa.. Giving short time cashless claims and also doing process in TAT. Fast response.. keep it up 👍 Team Health India.

    Google should start providing option for negative rating for companies like HealthIndia TPA. All contact numbers are dead from months. No email reply is given. Worst Worst Worst Service. If possible, Stay away from such company. SBI is providing better service than healthIndia .

    The worst experience with their processing. First they will delay the things by not giving you the claim number, after that they will raising the query for the documents which you already submitted. Again they will raise the same query in second query letter. Even after 3 months, they are not able to process my claim.

    the most bogus and " bhrasta" tpa ever i would like to complaint againstthis tpa against irda the oriental insurance co and the finance department i have lots of documentry avidence of health india" s " bhrashtaachar " and i will show to all compitent authority

    Sending Emails since more than 2 months for reimbursement claim payment process of JIO Group Policy. But getting no response even from higher authority. Also their representative on customer care number have common answer, "You will get callback or email reply", but I have never get the response. Go for JIO Mediclaim, only if you are in close contact with some higher authority.
