Extremely unprofessional place. Me and my fiancee’ went their to select our ring. While both of us came from USA to this shop and spent more than 2 hours, the customer executive was not at all engaged or interested. As there were not many choices, we decided to give our ring size and select a few options and eventually let my parents decide. Today, my parents went to the shop and came to know that this customer executive with last name “jani” did not keep any of our ring size or selection options. This is extremely unprofessional and was waste of our entire evening. We both did not go to any other shop on our trip trusting this store, which was totally waste for us! Me and my fiancee feel extremely dejected by the store.
