It is a nice resort to spend a weekends with family or friends. Have lake & boating also + few rides but I think there is need of renovation and management to manage the places. Have different types of rooms and facilities depending on cost but rooms & services are good. I don't about the food because I didn't try I think there is gaming area also. I saw 8 ball pool there so.

Greenwood resort was one of the good ones in past but recently I visited there and it was worst property ever I visited. Water was leaking from top, rooms are smelling like anything, indoor play area smells very bad, outdoor play equipment were available but in very bad condition…you cannot play even😄. Food is average but if you book lunch dinner with high tea than don’t expect different food in lunch and dinner. They served same food in lunch and dinner🥵. You need to lift your plates by yourself and clean the desks as well after your meal. Swimming pool was not cleaned properly. Small insects, leaves etc will swim with you as well. I can write an 10 pages essay but I would summarise here and would not recommend to plan your day trip, family gatherings, corporate events etc.

Nothing is maintained in this resort. The food is very spicy and kids cannot even test it. Only the swimming pool is in working condition nothing else.

This was the worst stay of all time. The service is not good. For jain food in breakfast you have inform early so I informed at 7.30 am and they said they would make . But When I came to have breakfast they said they won't make and to manage by ourselves. Swimming pool is a scam, it is big in area but it is shallow both sides. The room is not clean. Half of indoor games are broken.

I had gone for attending a marriage function. The arrangements are just pathetic. The management was not at all interested in taking care of guests. Toilets were non existent (practically). Staff was uninterested… arrangement was casual. However hosts had planned interesting things. If you are wanting to organise an event there just avoid it.

We have visited this place on 13th January 2021 to celebrate my sister's birthday and there were no staff who can assist and food was disaster i have take friends over there and they are still complaining every time which is embracing. Giving 2 rating because after complain raised we got at least good breakfast in next morning.

We have booked a family suite. The room was good. service was good. The food was not so good. moreover, certain things can be fixed. the bathroom was not so cleaned, water running through flush continuously and slow water coming through the tap...according to amenities and food,price is high.

I went at Greenwoods today for a half day picnic. All the facilities are in worst conditions except the swimming pool. When complained about it to Kuldip who is handling reception area called his manager and informed that it's subject to availability you are just paying for food so you don't have any right to complain. Children play area was also not available and clean, no indoor game was playable. Fans under gym were not working AC at lunch area was under maintenance.Boating lake was so dirty and boating is only for half lake (5-7mins max). Even we were group of 18 noone cared to serve water or welcome drink where we were sitting. Had to call thrice for welcome drink. Food served was of an average quality- cold, not worth money. Place is good but management and service are pathetic. Not worth for one time go and try as well.

Playing facilities also not maintained properly. Located very inert from ring road, on return in night due to rains stuck up on road showedby GOOGLE. Finest resort, between the nature, just 3 km from Adani Corporate House, the head office of Adani Group and 2 kms from Vaishnodevi Circle. Food is excellent, veg only. Staff is very good, specially anand and kuldeep from reception. Rooms are comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Uber and Ola are easily available so transportation is not an issue. Corporates, couples, family all types of guests visit this fabulous resort. I have been staying in this resort for more than 3 months now, it is my favorite place to hop in being a single traveler. Deducted 2 stars because of poor maintenance and poor connectivity. The place is far away from the main city and the route is quite confusing. It is easy to get a cab from the city but it is next to impossible for vice versa. So if possible have your own vehicle. Mobile network connectivity is bad for both jio and airtel. Room service is awful. Staff are good but their manager is unsupportive. Food is great but costly. It is a great place for nature lovers because of the quiet surroundings. The pond area is worth a visit especially that wooden bridge. Though the pond lacks cleanliness. Good place to bring kids and yeah... The place has monkeys and ducks too.

Good for a day's outing. Lunch was great but evening snacks were equally bad. Swimming pool is good. Boating is just for name's sake. Adventure rides are also for name's sake. Same story for indoor games. Best thing here is swimming pool and the garden area.

Worst place ever had I seen for couples. Even not having any sitting arrangement at gardens or not having any kind of proper amnesties. Dirtiest lake ever had seen there which was totally differents in online uploaded pics and reality.

Well maintained resort, pet friendly and high regards for hospitality amongst staff. Either you're looking for weekend getaways or mere intimate gatherings; Greenwoods is a place to consider. The estate houses 75 rooms, 5 banquet halls, Swimming pools, artificial lake.

We went here for a half a day picnic. All the facilities are in pathetic conditions except the swimming pool. No ride in children play area is usable, no indoor game except carrom is available. Even to play carrom, we have to sit in a poorly ventilated stinking cellar room. The changing rooms near swimming pool were in poor shape. Except swimming pool itself, nothing else was of usable conditions. The food served was of an average quality- not bad, but not at par with an average restaurant on SG highway, Ahmedabad. It seemed that management takeover is under process, so whosoever wants to visit, let the new management takeover and make things more functional. Thank you.

Location is far from city. This place is good for pet owners as there is lot of open space for the pet to roam around. Room service is just ok not very clean rooms. Also the water force in all the taps in all the rooms is pathetic. Gives a little dingy vibes but then if you get a good deal then it's ok to spend a night.

I have a horror story about Sterling Greenwoods. 11 years ago, me and my classmates from Kamala Raheja Institute of Architecture in Bombay took a trip to Ahmedabad. We stayed at the hotel because it was decently priced. Right from Day 1- we noticed that the hotel staff was being very shady. Several hotel staff members would walk into the rooms of my female classmates without knocking. Some of us complained to the management but obviously they didn't do anything about it, hence a few of my friends ended up leaving that day- they didn't even care about a refund. But the rest of us stayed back and that was a huge mistake. The next night, another classmate of mine came into my room panicstruck- telling me that one of the hotel staff had climbed into her window and tried to touch her. Me and a few boys from my class went down to the reception desk and demanded that the hotel look into the situation. That's when things went down so fast. The hotel management called goons from the area and held us captive for the night. They refused to let us leave and terrorized us by screaming at us, hitting us. They even took our phones away, so we wouldn't be able to call anyone. They demanded money from a few of my friends if they wanted to leave. We stayed up all night explaining profusely that we can't pay up, and that we were just students. At the end of the night, the hotel staff made each and every one of us sign a piece of blank paper before letting only the girls leave. Me and another boy from my class ended up staying. By 6 PM, the manager just wanted us to stay back and work in the kitchen- which was a bizarre thing to ask, but at this point we just knew that some psychos ran this place. We stayed there for a couple of hours before making a run for the gate. We forgot all about this bizarre and crazy and violent night- I don't know who runs this god forsaken property now but trust me- DON'T GO HERE! This is what nightmares are made of. This place needs to be shut down and these goons need to rot in jail for the rest of their lives.

Worst place to stay . Floor was broken at places. Walls paint was pulled out due to humidity. Room was dusty and Stinking . Toilet was stained yellow. Breakfast quality was below normal . I went with lots of expectations, looking at attractive name . But totally disappointed. Staff at the reception was very rude . I checked out of the hotel in less than one hour . Moved to another hotel .

Commute and Public transport connectivity is very poor. You can’t rely on availability of Cabs, Autos and better only if you personal vehicle. Mobile coverage is very very poor. Staff is average and hospitality is aweful. Rooms lack basic hygiene and security.

First good things 1- Location is far away from noisy highway so good for privacy and relaxation 2- Staff is hardworking and polite 3- Food options are limited but whatever they could served was tasty Now the bad part 1- On morning there was no Hot water 🚿 in bathroom, found a bit difficult in early cold of December, Called twice for same on reception but problem could not be solved due to whatever reason and we literally skipped Shower 2- Rooms are ok ok , kind of average 3- Lake is not as good as it seem in pics , Dirty water in small Dug that’s it . In short it’s an average place for short term stay . Good for change
