Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner so nice ...Food Quality also very good .We r fully satisfied by service of Navbharat Tourism & Manager Bhargavbhai were very co operative and helpful Nature. He helped us wherever it was possible and he also gave proper guidelines throughout the yatra. He was very nice and polite.

Overall worst experience we ever had with Navabharat tourism's 8N/9D himachal tour started on 05/06/2022 Food - 6/10 There was some issue for jain food in initial days but later the issue was resolved. On the last day at Amritsar, no manager was there and stale packed breakfast was provided. Additionally, it was never mentioned in any of the itenarry that lunch at Amritsar wont be provided. We were supprised when we had to pay extra for lunch. Also the place for lunch was not good enough to satisfy the need. Planning - 4/10 Tour planning was the worst. There was hardly a day when travellers were not having the hectic schedule. As per their schedule we need to travel at 5 am early morning after breakfast and we can have lunch at around 3 pm. In case when schedule was getting late we had to have our lunch at 4-4:30 pm. Hotel selections were also done in such a way that they were mostly out of the towns, so we had to travel more for sight seen or shopping. Eventhough passengers were managing their schedules, they were hardly manage to sleep before 12 am and wake up after 5 am. Management - 3/10 I strongly recommend  Navbharat that please provide the decent manager for their quality clients not the ring master for the animals. The manager, Bhargav was rude in behaviour. He was talking without any sense or respect. Even he was so harsh with his elder colleague also in front of everyone. The management was having a lots of supprises. It looked like selection for any adventure company/guide was for the sake of manager's benefit not in favour of passengers' benefits. No enough guidelines were given prior for any sight seen or adventures. None of the management staff were present at any sight seens. There were more than 30 people in the tour which definitely enhance the chances of schedule failure. But there were never any Plan B in case of any schedule failure. On the last day at Amritsar, we were dropped at 1 km far from the hotel and asked to walk with hand luggage. Hotel : 5/10 Hotels were not good enough. On paper they were of 3 star category but really they were not good enough. Overall: 5/10, will never recommend anyone to choose Navbharat tourism.

One day trip to statue of unity was decent.Tour managers are friendly. However, when we were on the way to jungle safari some issues were faced. Food quality was very good The bus was also very clean and nice .

We had planned to go to the Statue of Unity with these travellers on Diwali with the Manager Mr. Raja and it was the coolest experience of all. We had covered Jungle Safari, Statue of Unity view, Laser light show with amazing foods and snacks. There is only one suggestion, pls make sure to gather the group at the time of Jungle Safari as it takes 4_5 hrs there. Lastly, thanks to Mr. Raja the Manager to serve the service very well.

We enjoyed a tour beyond our expeditions. We met new people but enjoyed like a family. The food was very good and thanks for on demand food. The only one thing I would like to tell you that some points are not worthy to see and some points are Undermaintance and closed, so please be updated about that thing or exchange places which is good to see so will save unnecessary time West or walking. Otherwise good experience and helpful staff. Memorable tour. Thank you.

This was one of the best packages i have ever taken. There was literally no efforts to be made by me during or before the trip. Everything was well organised. 100% would recommend. Raja was our tour guide and handsdown no complaints.

We had been at Chardham yatra in May 2022 with Navbharat tourism. Food quality was amazing throughout the tour. Though the schedule was a bit hectic, owing to the rush at the time, the managers Mr Bhargav & Mr Shailesh were very nice in their arrangements. Their hospitality and politeness were upto the satisfaction. Value for money. Hotels offered at Badrinath can be improved though. The bus condition was premium and comfortable with 2x2 sitting. Overall a very good experience and highly recommended for Chardham tour.

Navbharat tourism is best to travel with family and friends. Their tour manager BHARGHAV TRIVEDI is best manager lovable, caring, humble person the way he manage all tour members with time management and all co operate with him.

We have enjoyed our Statue of unity tour. Tour manager Mr. Raja has done great job and behaved very well with every member There were some issues with AC Food was decent. We have enjoyed laser light show. Bus transportation was on time. Everyone enjoyed last garba program.

The trip and food both are good but need some improvement like adding some extra places in tour specially lightning show in SOC campus and give Mike to tour manager so he can handle easily and trip is going extraordinary because Raja and Yash gujjar both are a good person and supporting staff.

There are 2 Navbharat near by offices. Both are different. One is Navbharat Tours and other is Navbharat Travels. Both are at their better good. Nowadays travel to different place is easy except some remote area. Navbharat is from long time. But costlier compare to others well known travel companies. Services are good.

Marvelous experience of whole touring. Managers handling of situations found excellent. Time management is also at par. Created homely atmosphere which is rarely seen with other tour operators. We planned manali tour with navbharat..Very bad experience .. At the timing of booking people behave nicely..when we complain abt anything they used to say manage your self.Property given was not good.Even didn't answer for our missing luggage by management .No management or guidance even at tour time. Plz don't go with them

I had an worst experience of my lifetime. All started with waiting at airport for more than 2:30 hours like non sense thou we booked private transport but driver was not there at airport. We were suppose to reach to nainital from delhi in evening 6 but due to unavailable of vehicle we reached at night 11:00. This was just a start than things became worst when we called prasant from navbharat he was saying that he cannot do anything if you want to travel than alright otherwise you are on your own i cannot help it. We reached hotel at 11 pm with kids after 12 hours of travelling and 3 hours of waiting at airport without any support by navbharat travels. Day- 2 It started from geyser not working to no pillows in room. We asked hotel manager for geyser not working they sent maintenance team which tried for 2 hours but were unable to repair geyser. We asked for room change they said that hotel is full so they cannot change room and gave us valuable suggestion that you are in a group and take shower in your friend’s room “wow what a smart guy” it reminded me of Einstein. Day-3 Went without geyser and taking shower in my friends room as i was told by hotel that geyser cannot be repaired nor room can b changed. Day 4:- We left for corbett and reached corbett with the same country inn hotel the worst hotel chain you will ever find. Room-1 : NO AC and Broken tap Room-2 : washbasin tap no hot water Room-3 : geyser not working Room -4: all perfect as this was room dedicated to 12 of us by Einstein guy. As we were in group so one appropriate room is perfect in group. But things were getting worst when water goes off at night and when you called manager they say that you will get water in morning. Lastly till now we went to hotel desk and asked for GST BILL they say that they cannot make gst bill as they have already entered in system and system was based on cliud were they cannot change the bill and they are not responsible to ask weather we want gst bill or not. Still 2 days to go and i will add more experience

We booked for Statue of Unity for diwali holidays of 2023. We enjoyed a lot..Mr Raja is our tour manager which is good in all department, need to improve his leadership but overall he is a good person and guide. The best package for one day picnic. We did our breakfast at Jagdish restaurant near vadodara and we got hair from that dish which is worst experience. For the lunch and dinner 🍴 we stayed at Jagdish restaurant in Ektanagar. They have good food 😋 no spicy or no extra masala... Overall it was a good experience.

Plzz don't go with them. They are just meant with money.. After taking money if you have any problems through out tour,its your problem. Manager and cook they are promise only for formalities.Any question asked to them ia crime. They have worst ans for every question.. They don't keep our luggage safe or they didn't tour places which they promise. Manager always says you have to pay yourself for places even describe in your tour pdf. Food was not given as per given instructions by management.. Worst himachal trip ever ..

We had book a group tour with then to SOU. The good response of office staff from booking ,to complete clarity what is included etc was there. The menu was planned keeping mind what would be our preference. On the day of visit buses were good with manager that was assigned was very friendly. He explained details very nicely. Not only that they help a senior citizens dr couple by pulling wheel chair..... Got a call during the twice from office that things are fine and as expected. Really appreciate that. Thanks for making visit to SOU memorable. Thanks navbharat for the nice hospitality and arrangements. Would surely recomend it to others. Tour and vehicle was good.. information provided by guide was not upto the mark.. Personally feel it's very hectic for elderly people and kids to do a day trip from Ahmedabad Plus one more suggestion is to arrange light lunch near safari so that going to food court near parking can be avoided and that time can be utilised inside. I took one day tour to SoU. The arrangement was really good. Comfortable Volvo bus and real good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tour guide was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Booked Uttarakhand package for my parents. It’s been pathetic experience. They don’t have proper management. The tour manager is never ready with anything preplanned. Dinner was provided at 11:30 pm that to non jain food in unplanned restaurants. Nothing is prebooked. Hotels selected are very cheap. Rooms having mess and liquor glasses. Navbharat is Not recommended for senior citizens and kids. Jim corbat park was a cheat they took extra 2000 for national park but permission of park was not taken so Jeap driver had visited the park from outside on local road. They give stay in cheap hotels of Bhimtal and not nainitaal to save cost. Not recommended

Super religious tour,in tour some difficulties create like hotel accommodation, foods test good but not very good in other tour. But it will be managed by manager and solve it.Further infuture take care this type of difficulties. Otherwise tour was good. Keep it in with update. Best of luck for further any package tour.

I had given an inquery for Rajasthan customised tour on 24-Jan-2023 with all requirements, till today(13-feb-23) even after 9 whatsapp reminders and 4 on call reminders(periodically), you have not given quotation or replied. Even not refused and kept me waiting. Felt ignorance.

We visited with this group at statue of unity on 24th December Worst experience of my life.Bus came 45 minutes late.and there was no response from the operator.whenever we called answer was same that "reaching in 10 minutes" Unhygienic food facility and water bottle was provided to us only after lunch i.e after 3 pm. Also we could not visit the view point as promised as there was no arrangements for the same.Even though we paid for it. No arrangements done till now for refund. I am giving one star because there is no 0*

Worst experience at statue of unity just because of “Navbharat Tours’” miss management or maybe money making scam. Their package includes observation deck view but they didn’t provide us the tickets for it. We returned without watching that view. Very unhygienic food place & washroom services. Also, poor pick up timings as they came 45 mins late than the allotted time.

We’re Karuna& Subhash Talati we recently visited south India no satisfactions in food no big group so in future we have to think for this travel
