I would like to come straight to the point, Akshar Travels agency has the worst quality of service; low class professionalism, zero to no managememt and poor communication with clients are just to name a few. My recent trip to Vietnam with approx 40 people went totally horrible. Our group had a terrible experience with this agency due to their unprofessinal behaviour and unethical business antic. When you travel with your family to a new country especially in the time of vacation you expect to have a good time and look forward to making refreshing memories, you shouldn't be left with a bad experience when you look back. To sum it all up i'd just like to say, it was a total waste of money for me and this is not how you should treat your clients after they spend so money and trust on you.

I don't know if I can give negative star, I would give them that. Complete Scam, don't spend your money, they cancelled tour due to COVID in 2020. Now they don't want to refund the deposit of 2 lakhs back or let us book another tour. They are saying they contacted some one for their first tour they opened in 2022. They never emailed me anything where we first contacted. If they really wanted us to join, they would have emailed us instead of saying they contacted some random phone number. Now we have no evidence of what they did. It is all scam, don't trust them. They pretty much ate up big part of my retired parents' savings. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. Another big lie they told us is that tour in June 2020 happened when US was in complete lock down and especially New York did not allow any tourism until Sept 2020...these are liars and cheaters and never trust them with anything...

Me and my team visited kachchh ranotsav in 2012 year and this place is very nice and nature good

Highly disappointed with the experience. I had called them up to book bus service (Amdavad tour) for the day. But I was told that the bookings were filled . They THEMSELVES offered me a cab ride ( to be precise: Innova 5 seater ) for 700 rupees per person for me and my family and also promised to make us tour around the same places as their bus service would. As I was taking a little time to discuss this with my family, the representative kept calling me every minute asking me to book the ride. I obviously thought it was a good deal and then happened the following betrayals : 1) they sent us Lodgy car, not even something close to Innova, upon asking them the reason they denied having promised me Innova. 2) due to time restraints , me and my family had no option other than traveling in lodgy. Initially I was told to pay the driver at the end of the ride but I started getting phone calls from their various representatives to make payment immediately. 3) one of the representatives told me on call that Akshardham temple had been closed for the day, whereas the driver told us the opposite and took us there (as it was included in the package) . After visiting the temple I was disappointed by the lies told to me by the representative. She called me and forced to make payments, asked me to end the ride an hour before the scheduled time , called me RUDE upon asking questions . 4) I could get to visit 4 of the promised places because of this I had been on a holiday and they entirely ruined my experience. I suggest future travelers to not consider this service for Ahmedabad tour

I would strongly recommend Akshar Travels. Yesterday trip was memorable of Statue of Unity. The hospitality of the tour Manager Mr Rahul is appreciable. Very humble, the package offered was worth . The meals which was offered in the package was very hygienic . ( Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) I was very relaxed as the guidelines given by Mr Rahul and the partner was commendable. Duped us by cancelling our bookings done via advance payment (nearly 3 months in advance) by giving some vague excuse that it was due to a government event. Transferred our booking to another location (just 1.5 months before our scheduled holidays) saying that it is equally good but on landing we found out that it is not even fully built. This agent now has the gall to say that we had the choice of not accepting the new location. Rude staff. Please stay away from them.

Iceland is such an amazing place to visit. This was a reasonably priced tour with very nice hotel amenities. The support from Iceland Travel was helpful and polite. My wife and I WILL be going back and will use Akshar Travel again for another self-drive tour!

I travelled Dubai with Akshar Travels. Meetbhai gave us a wonderful hotels. Without any hesitation, our trip was awesome. Such a great experience.

Made a booking for a 3N 4days stay to visit Statue of Unity, Kevadiya. The representative coaxed us to make a booking at TentCity II Narmada. The place has pathetic customer service, poor quality food, ad transport connectivity to places of tourist interest. The agency provided wrong information about transport and also misleading information about alternate places of stay. There are much better and cheaper options available which were not informed to us despite the fact that we are 3rd time repeat clients of Akshar. Very disappointin. Feel like taken for granted.

*Fraud agency* I would not recommend this travel agency for visiting *statue of unity* or even any trips. Firstly i booked our rooms via voucher in the tent city 1. After the booking this *worst agency* denied to give us our already booked rooms and not even returning payment or canceling. Wonderful Place to Visit they have very large field area. there is a lot's of activity to do. The rTent's are very good. And there is lots of place where you can do some great photography. And if you are sunset lover then you can enjoy a fabulace view here. I definitely recommended this place for a perfect weekend plan.

My stay at Tent City- 2 was amazing. Its hospitality and staff co-operation was excellent. Food was nice. Location in particular is excellent and colourful is awesome. It really worth for the money. Bus services to Statue of Unit are 20 min interval. Kevadiya is excellent turist spot and can tell proudly, this was my best vacation. Every things are planned so nicely, it is speechless. Request everybody, atleast visit this once.

We were group of 7 Pax travelled to Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand under the tour manager Ms. Megha from Akshar Travels. Our overall tour was fantastically managed right from setting up the itinerary, ticket booking, tour explanations, hotel booking, transfers, local guides & Food. I had a day trip with Akshar Travels from Vadodara to the Statue of Unity. The day was well organized and the trip was fun. All segments were on time. Our guide Mr. Maulik was resourceful and pleasant to deal with. The laser show at the SoU was fantastic and was certainly worth the wait!

Unlike a couple of negative feedbacks that I read a while ago, our experience with Akshar travels and the trip to Vietnam was so far one of the best vacations that we had. It was my first family trip outside India and it was indeed memorable. You generally have a lot of anxiety around arrangements , food etc when you travel far, but thanks to Akshar travels and their very efficient team, the experience was so smooth and welcoming. I was initially apprehensive for a group travel because we haven't done it earlier, but I must say post this trip, we came back like a single family and are still in touch with each other. A good group along and caring people matter a lot because experiences are mutual. And we were happy to get along with each other. As most of the families were Gujarati and food could have been an issue, Akshar travels had exclusively arranged for a cook maharaj to travel along. So we were served with Gujarati tea, puri, sabzi, khichdi, daalwada and what not. It was so pleasing and fantastic to get served your delicacies in an outside place. Meghaben, Sanketbhai and the cook Sher Singh were fantastic hosts during the entire trip. While we were there, we also got along with the second group which landed and were together on a couple of occasions. Though we ended up with 44 together, it was awesome and greatly memorable. I would say , though Vietnam is great as a country and picturesque for your cameras, the Halong bay cruise is extremely worth and the cruise booked was one of the best. What more, the guides arranged were fabulous. So caring and concerned. Over all, we came back with extremely lovely memories and great friends with Akshar travels and other fellow travelers. We look forward to more such trips now.

White desert - looks great,it's worth one time experience, there's no seating facilities, so for old age people recommended to have own folding chair with you for longer duration Tent city- Average facilities, they have used carpets to cover uneven surfaces, tents are not cold proof ( not recommended for senior citizens and kids in extreme cold), they don't provide any heaters, Internal commute - managed by E -rickshaws, and mini train ( not too comfortable for heavy bodies or persons with knee problems). Need to wait for avg 7-10 min to get internal vehicle, private vehicles are not allowed in the tent city. Staff- in hebrral are very helpful and courteous Food- managed by Sayaji Hotels - good range of varieties but average taste Weather - avoid visiting in extreme cold, because of open area it gets quite cold in mornings and evenings / nights. Sightseeing- average locations, nothing mesmerizing Music shows- not worth at all, only teenagers may like it, we were expecting traditional folk dance, but we were disappointed Value for money- if you go in the group, it'll may be worth enjoying the time together, but avoid going in single families

-5 Star Rating. My friends had a subpar experience on their Thailand tour, booked by Akshar. Sadly, what was supposed to be a special honeymoon trip turned into a series of letdowns. From misleading information on plane tickets to the disappointing quality of accommodation, Akshar Tours and Travels failed to meet expectations. Their post-payment communication was unprofessional, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied. Considering the overall experience, I strongly advise against choosing Akshar for your travel needs. Explore other reputable options for a smoother and more enjoyable journey.

They charged me for a day trip to Statue Of Unity in April’20. As the country went for a lockdown in the pandemic. They said they would refund once they open. Once they opened in October, we decided to travel and asked them to book tickets. Till about November 15th, they did not give us any confirmation. And they said if you want to travel, travel before your planned itinerary trip to visit. They did not bother to refund amount. And we had to goto their office in Ahmedabad to get a refund. They did not pick our calls and gave us a hard time.

Visited their office on 21st February to book tickets for Ahmedabad city tour on 22nd February and Statue of Unity tour on 23rd February. Made payment at the booking office but till to date never received any receipt for the same though the gentleman at the office had assured a receipt for payment by the coming Monday which was 24th February. Ahmedabad city tour on 22nd was a good experience and the guide was very professional. The condition of the bus was also very good. However, it was was the Statue of Unity tour which was a bitter experience. Though tickets were charged for AC bus from Ahmedabad, but the AC stopped working after we reached Vadodara. This was just the beginning of bad times. The condition of the bus was poor and the tour manager was a rowdy fellow who was rude in various occasions. His job was to keep guiding even if it meant repeated guiding because we were going to a new place. But the way he gave us replies as if he was getting too irritated with our queries. The driver while driving us back was sitting on the driver's seat listening to music and was seen smoking on several occasions. Thankfully we survived the trip.

Beautiful and very colourful place. Food was very good. The stay was also very comfortable. The hospitality and behaviour of the staff was very friendly. It is a very good place for a break for 2-3 days. They have constructed such a place in a desert which itself is a wonder. Visit to white Rann, kalo dungar and Mandavi was a very new experience. People who love photography will surely cherish their time here.

I planned to visit statue of unity for which they advised me to book a battery operated vehicle for which I was charged Rs. 5000. When I went there, the driver of the car gave me a receipt of Rs. 3360. I inquired them regarding the huge difference. I was informed that they have charged for the service they have given. I have never seen anywhere Rs. 1640 as service charge on the value of 3360. Sheer looting. On my phone call they agreed to refund some amount. However whatever amount they have charged as service charges is much more. I would not prefer them next time. .

My tour guide Maulik was very helpful, he looked out for all the passengers. I highly recommend this tour guide. Bus ride was not that great, could have done better. Over all customer service experience was great, but needs improvement on logistics aspect.

This is the worst travel agency in Ahmedabad they used to combine the travel with navbharat tour. Navbharat people used to treat you like unknown gave you last seat even you have infant or old parents. Please do not waste your money in this fraud agency.

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional staff, they don't know how to speak with customer, if you are choosing them then you are wearing dog chain in you neck and giving the command to akshar travel staff to treat you whichever manner they want. Please beware of them they are fraudsters.

Will never prefer this travel agency to anyone. Recently booked this travel tour to visit statue of unity. They transferred us to navbharat tour . They are really expensive and unprofessional.
