I had booked travel for Vietnam through this they had not let us know verbally all the cost before hand and guide asked extra as mandatory tip when you visit the country. Not satisfied with service.

We had booked a 4 star package through this agency but the services were not upto the mark. Also please check the quotation given by this agency very carefully. There were some MANDATORY charges (e.g. Guide and Driver's tip) added at the end of the document.

We had the opportunity to book a trip to Vietnam through this travel agency. While the trip itself was enjoyable, it left a lot to be desired in terms of value for money. After arriving in Vietnam, we compared the package price to local options and found that we could have saved much more by booking independently. Additionally, it's important to be aware of all the additional charges associated with the package. Some expenses, like tipping to drivers and guides, were MANDATORY during our visit to Vietnam, adding to the overall cost.

I had the best experience for my trip to Dubai. Before this I had also gone to Switzerland but I think Dubai's trip is the most memorable. If I have any issue and i message on WhatsApp group they instantly reply and help us and solve the issue. BLUE ESCAPE TRAVEL SOLUTION is the best to explore world. I would rate 10/10. 😀

If you really want to enjoy your trip, booking a great travelling solution is really important. And when you spend your money and don’t get the worth of it, that’s terrible. Booking the package and not getting the hotels and services upto the mark feels really bad. Trip operators response and behaviour to your concerns, the way a customer needs to be handled feels really immature, thankfully the other business partner was ready to understand things. And the drivers and the local guide were great. Two stars just because of them, will update my review if things change further down the trip.
