Bad visa dealing! Multiple rejects

Avg work about visa issues otherwise very good experience

Staff is not cooperative. Be careful before paying money..our visa rejected n not giving money back..I suggest never travel through sotc..not receiving phone.. I agree with other clients..no proper knowledge of visa..10%visa rejection..Reema poojan n manager all trio making people fool. We have paid 1,20,000 on 23rd september.visa rejected on 4th October..till date no proper reply n money back..will go consumer court..

Worst place, they only cheat and in names of tour they do not give proper refund, as per norms only visa processing fee and application fee should be charged but they charges us other hidden charges also which are totally wrong So don't trust sotc Worst experience

Thanks to SOTC for well managed European Splender tour. Tour manager Shahida mam has managed tour very nicely & smoothly. She is very hard working lady. She has tackled 47 members of Europe tour with smiling face with good morning nicely spoken words by her She has taken very well care of each & every member of tour. Her time management was also very good. We enjoyed a lot. She is one of the best tour manager. We will remember her for so many years with lot of sweet memories. SOTC Ahmedabad Office branch depeuty manager Hiral Rawal liason work & public dealing was superb, excellent. She has given warm welcome to SOTC office, given good guidance. Sotc is fraud company Don't trust on their fake commitment. Beware of sotc

This is one of the worst sotc branch. There is no professionalism in any of their staff. They don’t know how to talk to an existing customer. Specially Ms. Hiral, she is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t be cheated by trusting these people.

Europe tour was cancelled and Nimisha Rajput suggested Cruise which was a great experience. Nimisha was very helpful, the Cordelia cruise was a great experience but only regret was with the ground staff administration of the cruise.there was big commotion no sr. Person to supervise, the bahubali and ones with fighting spirit managed to break lines to get it in. No crowd management nor any facilities while getting the room keys. The initial experience almost took toll of the vacation mood. Cordelia needs to look into this

4 months ago I gave them 5 Star. But now scenario change. They are not getting 1 star. Because I canceled my trip on 27th June 2022 & till date I didn't get my package & tickets refund. First they told me you will get refund in 30-45 days. Now it is 66 days. Whenever I called them they are always saying it is in process & asking me for transaction documents etc. They already have my all details. Then why are they doing this type of drama. So I Strictly suggest that NEVER GO TO SOTC.

Me and my Parents recently went on a trip to Singapore, Malaysia for 9 days through SOTC, Ms. Archie from SOTC was our person of contact and I must say she was really helpful, calm and up to the mark right from managing all the paperwork to helping us with all our queries in regarding the trip, the accommodations were quite fair too, our guide Mr. Berjis was also very sharp with his time management skills and a positive attitude. The itinerary was structured in a good way that we covered almost every important part of both the countries. Also, not to forget cruise was the best part of our travel, sheer comfort and luxury combined! Overall me and my parents enjoyed a lot. Although, if I would point out one thing that they can improvise on is the food they arranged in Malaysia and the restaurant they made us eat in Singapore, no doubt the food in Singapore was up to the mark but the owner of the restaurant ‘Balaji’ at Little India made sure to not let us eat at peace, screaming and instructing his staff right when we were having our meals was something very irritating each day for us. Overall, It was our first trip with SOTC and definitely there’s many more to come yet! Special thanks to Ms. Archie for being really helpful throughout.

A great trip overall, covering a number of activities and worthy places. The initial one or two days were slightly mundane so a few changes in the itinerary or the hotels can be suggested but otherwise it was a very memorable experience. A lot of serene and beautiful sites. I would also suggest including a tour guide with lesser communication barriers.

Wonderful Europe Trip for my parents planned by SOTC. Starting with Shivam who ensured each and every details of the trip communicated properly. I have just spoken to Ritwik from SOTC Navrangpura Ahmedabad Branch with regard to planning an upcoming international holiday in November. I must say Ritwik has been very helpful, courteous and cooperative regarding the same. I must put in a word for Archi, who had processed my visa for my recent tour to Europe. Archi did a fabulous and meticulous job of getting my Schengen visa processed.

Recently had family trip to South - Tirupati, Rameshwaram n many more places. Trip was planned perfectly with best accommodation as it can be. Shivambhai did a very good job of planning this trip. Would definitely book my next trip at SOTC.

SOTC is fraud company. They are charging very high almost double price for tour. Their Sales executives are very unprofessional and rude. One of the executive name Ms. Hiral Raval is very rude and mean. They keep very high commissions. Not worth it. Never recommend to anyone.

Definitely recommended tour operator. Services are too good starting from booking till Return Of your journey. U just need to mention your preference in terms of choice of place, budget etc. N they will suggest places according. The tour managers are also really nice. They have their own chefs on tour which is added advantage.
