Highly satisfied with the silver thali I ordered. Transparent charges,honesty,product quality and product designed according to my specification impressed me a lot.Ketul shah was always approachable and updating me about my product at regular intervals.Product reached on time and I was very much impressed with packing( layered packing, Tin box, zip bags and the thali was wrapped in plastic food wrap so that even fingerprints should not come on it. I had ordered paladi online for my baby as I couldn't go out to local stores in bangalore during lockdown. But, it is delivered almost after one and half month while the lockdown is cleared. I was disappointed that the product didn't have hallmark and had provided one star initially. However, they responded to my disappointment and delivered another with the hallmark as replacement.
