Don't trust on sterling holidays. They cheating with customers. I got refund after 1 year after so many calls & so many mails. As per their terms & conditions I applied for cancellation of membership within 2 days. But I got refund after 1 year such a long time. Ahmedabad main branch also not interested to solve the problems. And their employees very rude with the customer they even don't how to talk with customer. People who apply for membership or plan to trip with sterling holiday please don't trust on them.we suffered from.

Cheaters. Frauds. Agents will call you in the name of Esteemed customers and make you a FOOL. Do not fall prey to this company.

Never Never Trust sterling executive. They are master cheater and use road side thuggery tricks. They give ferry tale commitment which are impossible to fulfill for company. The sales agents are getting 10k incentive per sale so they give fales commitment for increase thaine sales only. You will never get reservation in resorts

Such a huge scam these guys are running. they take full money from you promising free holidays every year, in return you dont get rooms availalble at any time of the year. As a general public i can pay and book the room but as a member i cant book as its not available. Its showing 0 and they say that quota is over. you should give first priority to the members then to the general public but they dont get any money from members so no rooms for them. Im going to complain in Consumer Forum as well as Fraud case too. In these so many years not able to book as single room.

I wish there should be negative star option so I would have given -5 stars... Fraud, Scammer. They took 1lakh and 11 thousands from my mother and now their sales guy is not answering calls... Not even their customer support is answering this is not done... Be aware of this fraud company mostly the Ahmedabad’s team...

They will call you to come for meeting saying that they will offer you 2n/3d package for free at any of their Sterling properties. And when you claim that, they will give you options which are opposite part of the India. And so cheap options that you won't even like to claim them even for free.

They all are fake they even Don't provide the free vouchers that they have committed for their marketing purposes. Don't waste your money and time... his sales executive tell me for take package decision on same day. and he show more attitude (lena he to aaj lo nahin to nahin milega) thank god i am not purchase his package. this type of worst service is wasting of my money. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE HIS MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE.

Don't be member, becoz they are cheater, 420 , frods. If some call from this company don't go their.

If could give minus points for their customer service , I would have gone for -10... They doesn't listen to you or even talk to you when you speak in Hindi. Who the hell are they who thinks they can insult my national language !!! If any top level person reading this , improve this immediately or phase consumer forum... So many times have gone through this. Enough is enough...

Leading No. 1 Fraud Hospitality co. in India. Only eager to take maintenance & no priority bookings to customers. Waste of money to invest in Sterling Holidays. Better go for Club Mahindra. Don't invest in this fraud company ever.

never be a members its all about fake commitments i am a member and i tried two night its feeling like we are beggar for them

I got phone from their representative (Vora) to attend meeting in coffee culture restaurant.I attended the same on 14th.And was assured that 3D/2N voucher will be sent on email within 2 days. But not received so far .That gentlemen does not take my call.Also the Ahmedabad contact no is just ringing.So my advise it to think thousands time before any deal with this company.It gives feeling of cheating to me

comany person invited us to join their presentation for 25 year package . we liked their concept .. after finishing of presnetation their perdon forced fully asked join their package on the spot .as cost for packege high we denied to take on spot decsion .. later they hv not sent free gift voucher which they commited to give .. let me know how we trust company for 25 years ..

Sterling holiday is fake company. Please don't buy any service from them. Fraud company they take 1 lakh from us and after cancellation of membership not refund my money from last 8 month. Sterling holiday is worst company ever.
