Parking area is so far from the hospital. _ Another [-1 Star] is for the rude behavior of the security guard on the entrance gate. They don't allow even 2 people with patient. All they want is just 1 person can go with the patient. They told relatives to sit outside the gate, but there is no facility to sit. Where to sit??? Ha?? On the road?

Worst cardiology hospital ever visited. Cheap security staff having no manners how to speak with the patient and their relatives. Rude behavior with rural and out of state patients by security. Entire nursing staff doctors and maintenance staff are allowed to wear foot wear. Patients and relatives are forced to walk with naked feet in entire building. Photo copy machine in New administration building is out of order since one week and no one cares for that. No canteen or food is available after 10 pm. The doctors are brilliant and experienced but along with this other factors need to be maintained properly. Whenever asked anything to the nurses very casual and lazy answer was received.

Thanks to the hospital doctors, management, and our prime minister #narendramodi who all have made this surgery stress free for us as a family and saved my father. Writting this review after a month. Seeing my father's health improving daily and whenever I needed immediate advice, hospital has tele help also available with WhatsApp support where I have sent many a times pics of stitches and got instant advice. Better communication between accounting and medical staff will save lot of heart ache for the patient’s relatives. Canteen services to the patient is very slow. My father had bypass surgery done here. Doctor who did surgery is very very knowledgeable and the best in the field. On visiting card helpline number is available, they will ask you to make call on that if anything bad is done, if you call but they don't have sense to talk with you specially a person named (as given name on phone) Dr. Krishna on the line. It is need-of-an-hour to teach her how to talk if you are talking on helpline number. Even she is not at all ready to listen to us and on asking to give feedback regarding that particular call she told me that there is no such system available, very much surprise to heard this for such a reputed institute or hospital. Security agency (SALAAMATI) need to change on urgent basis as there is no sense of talk, especially at entrance gate, and at B block, an uncle who is in morning shift having specs is always talk angrily with everyone.

Worst worst worst! The worst place ever to visit. I don't know if the so called "cvts doctors" there really have mbbs degree!! My mother was suffering from complete obstruction of her leg arteries since last five days. After we did Ct Angio and it was confirmed, we rushed her to U.N. Mehta. We reached there at around 4 pm. Till 5 pm we were just misguided. She couldn't walk even and they denied wheel chair too. From one opd to another and then to next room, lot of time was wasted. Finally we were sent to ECMS ROOM no 29 and the resident doctors came to examine her. It was an emergency and quick action was needed or else she would lose her limb. All doctors were of opinion that she ahould be operated asap. However, Dr. Ashish Agrawal was adamant not to operate her. He wanted to keep her for 3 days on blood thinning aganets. He is a very egoistic and areogant man. Finally when my mother was half fainted, we decided to leave that place and finally took her to Indovasc hospital where she was immediately operated at 10:30 pm in night and we could save her half limb. The eoctors and other staff is so so rude and they think they are Gods. I guarantee that such people won't last a day even in their private practice. Thats the only reaosn they are teaching at one place since years and will never leave that place since their retirement. Kindly avoid this place of you really wish to have a proper and timely treaent for you or your near and dear ones.

Good and average hospitals. Doctors some of the nursing staffs are good but some nurces (sisters) are behaving with too much attitude and ego. They are treating patients as a body not as a patients. I can't give advise to any relatives to admit any patients to U. N. MEHTA hospital.

In the name of passes at the security gate, they're downright harassing the relatives of patients. What is the meaning of coming to visit our relatives who are serious if we can't even visit them? 1 pass and only 2 ppl at a time can go in. Moreover, the person who is a sole attendant has to come with the pass at the gate to take the other 2 inside. What if the patient has a emergency during that time? What sort of nonsense is this? They're not even accepting photos of the passes that is being sent by the attendant. Just being Asia's biggest hospital with 7k+ beds doesn't make you a great hospital, have proper management and reasonings as well.
