What an incredible journey this has been of my life, been overweight all my childhood felt scared, lack of confidence, sometimes humiliating by the way some people look at my body but I am so grateful for them now! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have made promises to my self to be in a best shape of my life and I wouldn't have met these lovely people. Dr Sanjay Patolia and his respected and friendly team, very difficult time I made this discussion when I was 115 kg, in 2017 personal life was a mess, thanks for this surgery I get out from this stronger and learn lots of lessons, which is also important in our life, Dr Sanjay helped one more time in 2022 this time I am 75 kg. who helped me get to this phase of my life. I go to the gym almost every day, and high-intensity workouts, boxing and a proper diet make me stronger and in the perfect shape of my body. I was gaining weight regularly and I was unable to get in and out of my car properly because all the weight I was carrying. I knew 116 Kg was going to lead to 150 Kg one day and so forth. I was tired of hurting and being disgusted with wearing long and baggy clothes. I knew I needed shred the weight but I did not have the guts to do hard exercises. Hello I am kirtikaba J zala. I got new life after beriatrick surgery. Iam very thankful to Dr Sanjay Patodia. And also thankful to Dr. Himmat and Dr. Tejal. They both are very supportive and very helpfuled nature. After surgery i loose 12 kg in 45 days . Its really surprised for my family. After surgery i feel tooo much change in my body. My sugar level is totally remove and now no need to take any medicine or sugar insuline. Now my life is very energetic.
