I recently visited Kaya Skin Clinic with high hopes of receiving quality skincare treatments and expert advice. However, my experience left me deeply disappointed and convinced that their primary focus is making money rather than providing genuine patient care. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, it was evident that the staff's sole objective was to push sales and upsell their products and services. The receptionist was more interested in promoting the latest offers and packages than addressing my concerns or providing any meaningful guidance. It was disheartening to see that patient orientation took a backseat in their agenda. During my consultation, the dermatologist seemed more interested in selling me expensive treatment packages rather than genuinely understanding my skin concerns. I felt rushed and pressured to purchase their products, which were exorbitantly priced. It became apparent that the clinic's profit margins were their primary concern, leaving little room for personalized care or tailored treatment plans. Moreover, the clinic's focus on monetary gains seemed to compromise the quality of their services. The treatments I received were performed hastily and lacked the attention to detail one would expect from a reputed skin clinic. It was evident that they were more concerned about seeing as many patients as possible within a limited time frame, rather than delivering effective and satisfactory results.

I have been going to kaya for over three months now. Getting my laser hair removal done. The staff is so kind and helpful. I have Monica who performs the procedure on me. She is very understanding and makes sure I feel at home when getting the process done. They keep the place clean and hygienic and really treats all with so much respect. I felt really uncomfortable at first but it feels so comfortable now. Also, the results are really nice and the consultant doctor is really good. They call every month a week before to schedule the appointment and remind that the next session is due. Really nice place if you are looking for skin enhancement.

I am a customer of Kaya since long, I Started with a small service of laser hair reduction of under arms..that results was perfect...it was 3 /4 years back still I didn't see growth...so my trust build up with Kaya services..then I took.pavkage for Qswitch for my pigmented skin..result was slow but cannot say bad...it's good so far...now I am regularly taking services as maintenance, everything is perfect treatment results, the service staff, Going good...Will continue with the same. All my 6 months sittings were done by Gulnaaz, who is very gentle and efficient at her job. She took care of me during the service keeping in mind my pain. I was really happy with laser hair service. Had a consultation session. Did trial session in Underarms. Had went for facial hair removal. I could see reduction in hair thickness and improvement in skin texture in one sitting. Five more to go. Dr Ashini was patient and answered all my queries. She gave some investigations too.Bhumi was just awesome, skillful and had a client friendly approach. I'm happy I chose kaya ! Yamini did a excellent job.

My experience was very bad. I called Kaya to inquire about lasik hair removal and they told me to take appointment and skin test for Rs 500 and they will tell me hair removal cost based on sessions required. But when I visited Kaya they charged Rs 500 and they didn't do any skin test of me, didn't give any suggestion and only gave details about exact 6 sessions of hair removal cost. They first lied on the phone call, did not give me any information. I paid Rs 500 to just know the cost of lasik hair removal. They only work for the money.
