Never choose Kaya, Go to a Professional Dermatologist instead!! My recent experience at Kaya’s Satellite branch in Ahmedabad was a total nightmare. During a session a few weeks ago, I suffered 2nd degree burns in a sensitive area. Despite expressing my pain, the staff was dismissive. They kept advising me to wait it out at home. Once I got home I found severe burns and blood clots leaving me unable to walk and in tremendous amount of pain! Even my trusted Dermatologist and Gynaecologist (independent of Kaya) who I had to consult due to the severity of the burns were surprised to see the damage caused by Kaya’s unprofessional therapists. Kaya’s negligence led me to rescheduling of my travel and some pre-planned events, resulting in both physical and financial burden. At the end of it all, they did not even have the decency to apologize. Their customer service team also is totally ineffective – they simply enjoy making the customers go around in circles rather than finding a workable solution. This just shows Kaya’s unprofessional nature and their total apathy towards their customers. Till date I haven’t heard back from their customer services!

Absolute daylight robbery wrapped in false promises and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs!"

My laser sessions at Kaya have been very good. Meena Varde is one of the best professionals at Kaya who attended me in all the sessions. She is very cooperative, professional and suggests right treatments/services as per the requirement. I have got two sessions of laser hair removal and would like to share my different experience each time. First session technician gave me glasses and started treatment right away which was extremely painful. Second session was done by another technician and she first shaved chest and did laser hair removal treatment followed by applying ice. I must admit it was less painful second time. I am curious to know why I had receive different treatment each time.

Me and my mom are being served phenomenal facial treatments here at Kaya Clinic satellite location. I am having peeling and Q- switch treatment for my back under Doctor Vyas who is again very comfortable to be with. I am not sure what we will be final results for my back treatment. But the therapist Sangita and Karishma are fabulously talented therapists who are serving me and my mom medi facials and oxygeno facials. I highly recommend them and this Kaya location. And yes Ms. Rinku and Ms. Kiran are another therapist who is great consultant. Beyond grateful for this place and bunch of people. A great example for women empowered teamwork. ☺️☺️

I am currently undergoing laser hair removal at Kaya. I have been a client at Hyderabad branch however the Ahmedabad branch service is so much better in terms of the patience and customer centricity. Sangita Parmar puts you at comfort and ease and is superb at her job. Mrs Meena Varde guided me, cleared up all my doubts and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after the session . She did an amazing job and she is professional in what she does . Worst experience at the satellite Ahmedabad branch. There is no professionalism and keeps on cancelling appointments everytime at the last moment for doctors as well as for the therapy. They are treating customers like they are taking sessions for free. And tell us you need to go to other branch for drs appointment and to different branch for therapy. Is this how Kaya clinic behave with all customers. Because now onwards I will never suggest this clinic to not even a single person. And the result which I got from this this full body hair reduction treatment is also not satisfactory. My skin does not have achne tendency still I got achnes after every therapy and i got assurance priorly from drs that I will not get achnesPlease guys whosoever is reading this review think twice before going with this clinic as you will regret afterwards. I need answers for all this behaviour and I need you guys to take strict action against Satellite Ahmedabad branch and I need compensation for all this inconvenience I faced in this 1 year.
