I have been taking treatment sessions at Kaya for some time and I decided to write this review after my last session with Pooja (not sure if I am spelling her last name correctly, think it was-Suba) I had 4 stars in mind for this review and one extra star is for Pooja's service. She is a thorough professional and gives attention to details. I told her about my problem areas and she made sure she addressed those perfectly. At the clininc everything goes smoothly from start to end and they keep checking if you are comfortable. Pooja and Janvi are really good therapists and Smita at Front Desk has a pleasant attitude and warm approach.

It’s a trap! No follow ups for next appointment dates they take in advance.l specially at Vastrapur branch, Ahmedabad. Never available in emergency ‼️ Always one or two machines r not working. This is not the service we expect, there are lot of better options available.

I went for my laser treatment in September 2023 and paid 36000 in advance. I got my first session on bikini face and hands. U got severe burns all areas. Customer care par complaint kiya, centre manager se baat ki par nobody is respondingresresponding and absolutely

Kaya clinic provides a great service. Having been one of the clients here for years, the experience and service results are commendable. The management at Kaya clinic is appreciable and Ms. Alka and Ms. Smita have been polite, professional, and very supportive. The therapy sessions with one of my Kaya Therapists, Ms. Rachana, have been excellent. Her hard work is admirable. The hygiene standards and protocols are well-maintained.

Absolutely unprofessional staff. Firstly I reached on time but still I was made to wait for 15-20mins. Secondly, the staff is not skilled at all. No equipments or proper checking of my skin was done. I traveled all the way just to be told that I should use a face wash and a moisturiser. Seriously?? Horrible place, just spoiling the brand name.

It was an immaculate experience. My daughter and I are regular customers and we are deeply content with the services provided. Dr. Reena’s treatments have proved to be effective always, and the products never disappoint. The customer service is on a league of it own. The timing are surprisingly flexible. Needless to say, I will recommend Kaya to all my friends and family. One of the staff (Rachna) has a great knowledge and understanding about her work. The hygiene is good, everything is well maintained.

Based on my recent experience with Kaya clinic Vastrapur, Ahmedabad I would like to rate 2.5/5. Below are the two main reasons for that; A. The laser was done properly. So 5/5 for that. B. Recently joined few staff members behaviour was rude and unacceptable. The way of communication was not proper. Though the manager was nice and tried to handle the situation. I have been kaya's client since more than a year now and also extended my package due to kaya's service but with my recent experience I was not satisfied much.

I took my first session of treatment with Rinku at Kaya. I was a bit nervous at the start but she eased me into the process. I am impressed by her professional skills. She was very patient and calm with me. I am thankful to Rinku and the whole Kaya team for helping me out.

First of all I just want to thank the team. The front desk staff( Ms Smita and Ms Alka) is really helpful and guide you with the best. I had laser hair removal sessions with the therapist Ms Rinku Chawda, she is highly professional and well trained. She is really good and pretty helpful during my entire sessions. She has been putting me at ease every time I have visited the clinic and chatting with me too. My hair growth seems decreasing gradually in very few sittings, i have experienced good results. You can trust the clinic and go ahead with your treatment. Very much satisfied.

I went in for my session rather nervous but Rinku ensured that I was comfortable before we started. She clearly explained exactly what she was doing and made sure I was completely relaxed. I'm extremely impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the Kaya team and would definitely recommend.

I have been using kaya treatment for my face last 2 months and the results is very good infact all the service and staff is very good . I am suggesting that kaya is good clicnic for better result.

The worst experience I have ever had! I opted for laser hair removal with this Kaya branch, and they followed up consistently when taking payment. Once they had the money, they kept rescheduling my appointments at their own whims. Utterly unprofessional. Upon going to Kaya Bangalore, I learnt that there is a trial session for laser hair removal, whereas the representatives at the Ahmedabad Vastrapur branch outright denied that there were no trial sessions. This branch also has outdated technology and they are only interested in making money at the cost of the comfort of clients.

My session with Ms.Rinku was very smooth and comfortable. She is very professional and interactive during the process. Highly recommend kaya for laser hair removal.

I am taking sessions of laser hair removal from the kaya and I found very cooperative staff and specially I want to admire efforts of Ms.Himakshee with whom I am getting treated. One best thing about kaya is that they gives so much importance to the "Hygiene". Really I got an amazing service.

I took laser removal session and skin treatment at kaya with Rinku and Dr Reena. My experience from start to end was amazing. The staff is very friendly and the doctor explained the procedure and the science behind it in detail. The session itself was painless and the Rinku made me feel very comfortable. One of the best hair removal centres. I’ve done my full body part laser from here. The services which they provide are the best. I’ve done my almost sessions with Rinku Chavda and believe me she’s the best and humble. Before doing sessions describe everything in detail. And takes regular follow ups. I would recommend my friends to be part of it. Even during covid they took all the precautions.

This was my first visit at Kaya and I was very impressed by the customer service by the team. Bhumi Bhatt who is the manager at this location made sure that I was immediately attended and taken care of. I was confused with my skin concerns but Dr. Rina who answered all my questions provided honest recommendations. Apart from this, the evening I went in, it was raining heavily and the team was also making sure they are safe inside the clinic. Highly recommended!

I went to get the consultation for laser hair removal and the doctor and the other staff were helpful but the receptionist Ms. Aashna Macone just proceeded to point out insecurities and suggested that my face would resemble a man’s face if I don’t get my hair removed. She intentionally just pointed out my flaws and insecurities in order to sell her hair removal package. Highly depressing to see the companies promoting self care and self love treat customers this way. Job well done 👍🏻
