I went there with my family. First we took the vintage car tour and then had lunch at the restaurant. The thali is definitely delicious. Ambience is good. The surrounding do need some maintenance and improvement.

Recently visited this place for dinner with family. Nice open air restaurant with the village theme serving authentic Gujarati food. They have live puppet show, folk dance in house. Tasty food and open space for any function. Overall great experience.

The Vintage Village Restaurant looks like really vintage village good food best place for family hangouts and dinner, also good for office or casual party, here 300+ vintage car's museum, we take here dinner with family, Just one thing I really don't like one of their staff member maybe he is manager behavior, me and my wife also 2 more couple from our family members wanted take dinner together (in one plate one couple) he said i count two people it's fine no issue, but still he bring another plates forcefully give us. I really don't like this kind of behavior i want to give just 3 but it was un Justice with another staff members good behavior that's why i give 4★ and cut one because that only one person's behavior

This place is quite decent if you want to have a royal meal in Rajasthani culture. Best place for dining with family or friends. It happened in very large space. Here you get unlimited lunch and dinner. 2 types of arrangements for eating, sitting on the bajath or restaurant style. Food quality is quite good. Taste is also good. Service is very quick and also staff behaviour is also good. There are also beds for sitting or relaxing after a meal. It is Expensive place. Very huge parking area is there. Along with a royal restaurant there is also a museum of Vintage cars. 100+ cars are available. Which is marvelous experience to see all of them which takes 25-40 minutes. It is chargeable (50/100 Rs per person). If you want to take photos of car, you have to pay 100 rupees separately. I recommend all, must visit this place.

I want to give an honest review, The atmosphere of the place was so good. But the prices and the quality was not so good. Let me inform you that they have increased their visiting charges for the museum. For adults it costs Rs. 100 PP. Kids below age 5 are free. For photos, one phone charges Rs. 100/- For Dinner, it costs Rs. 520/- PP all days (same price) So, Starting from a welcome drink at folk dance they served us muskmelon juice before dinner. I don't know if they are aware about it or not but the best time to have muskmelon juice is in the morning after breakfast only. It is recommended to consume muskmelon before evening. Since muskmelon is slightly acidic, if consumed at night, it may be difficult to digest . And they served it daily as a welcome drink. So we refused to take it. The folk dance & the puppet show was good and entertaining. After that if we talk about their food so i really don't think so 520/- is worthy. I got small samosas and khandvi in the starter (which was soooo cold) Mithi kachori as a dessert. I think if you are taking 500/- for the thali you should keep good quality desserts in that thali. Because I went to so many restaurants, i had so many better options in comparison to their thali. In short everything was cold except roti and thepla. So it was not worth it for me.

This is a must if you are in Ahmedabad! Absolutely delicious Gujarati food with fantastic ambience. This is a famous restaurant and has welcomed many well-known faces (complete with pictures at the entrance). Take a stroll around to enjoy the area and see what other experiences they offer. I came with my group for lunch and we came back another night for entertainment, including a puppet show and live music, and an intricate dinner. Highly recommend!

In the Vintage village restaurant Car Museum is a beautiful and well-maintained vintage car museum with more than 200 vintage cars, motorcycles and buggies from different kingdoms and different companies. Here you also get a chance to ride a vintage car. If you want to visit here, entry fee is required but this entry fee is nothing to see such a large collection. Definitely a place to visit. You can also have a very fantastic gujarati thali here.

The ambiance, the food, the collection, everything was just superb and the cultural performance presented there was also amazing, everything was just esthetic and the food was so so tasty, there were so many tems to eat and repeating service was also fast, and two types of sitting are available, you can go with family and enjoy the place and also there vintage car collection near that

Restaurant is situated on S.P. ring road, near Dastan circle, Kathwada. You can check that day's menu and price prior to visit through their website. Entry charges for adults are 415 and 250 for kids upto 10 years old. They have traditional sitting facilities available for dining alongwith regular table-chairs. As far as food is concerned it seems to be ok. Not extra ordinary in taste but reasonably good. They offer 3 sweets, 2 farsans, 3-4 vegetables including paneer subji. Chaash,papad, pickle, chutney, etc. I personally liked "kadhi" too much. In addition to food you can enjoy green surroundings, live Rajasthani folk dance/music. Overall you can stay there for 2-3 hours easily. And just besides the restaurant a beautiful vintage car museum is also available. One hour can be spared there, too. So, good option for family gathering on holidays.

As I visited first time so found some new experience. But not interested to visit again. Water in lake smalling bad. Not clean place. Not value for money. Food taste is average. Kids can enjoy the garden and eminities. Not value for the money.

Very vintage facility and delicious food served in traditional customs (Traditional seating, open type restaurant, traditional style of serving). Liked the food, quality and ambience. However can be improved the maintenance part.

Only name but no substance. I've visited this place previously but to my utter dismay the quality of food have become horrible. It seemed so that the vegetables are just boiled and served. Half the time you've to wait for prolonged time till they refill the available menu. Total waste of time money and the evening. Only the ambiance part is good. People willing to sacrifice their evening over few selfies and photographs may like to visit the place. For the remaining ones if you wish to really enjoy your food and it is the main cause of you visiting the place pls rethink and reconsider before visiting the place. I'm always considerate in writing my reviews but the experience has truly let me down beyond reasonable service, hospitality and food. Jai hind.

I just had snacks since I was just exploring the places adjacent to the auto vintage museum.

Place is good and very peaceful. Nice atmosphere. There are some rajathani artist singing and dancing classical dance. They are very trained and doing very well. But food was not good. They are giving 2 type of food like gujarati and panjabi. They must improve test of food. Staff was not so trained and very slow service. So it is a nice place to visit but don't expect for delicious food.

I have been coming here regularly for the last 5-6 years. I came to dinner recently after 1.5 years. The meal was absolutely nonsense. The service also felt very bad and got very cheap service and meals according to the amount of money it takes. The first staff was very kind and you didn't have to speak for any work. Looks like you've replaced the old hardworking staff and chef, because not a single vegetable, dessert, had a taste at all. There were a lot of fish before, you can get rid of the fatigue by coming here in a very natural place. And now the whole place has changed. Specially I used to come for Rajasthani dance and music, previous artists were very diligent and noble. The last time he came, he was sitting like a lazy person. We spent 20 minutes there but only one song was sung. I am very disappointed with your service.

Sharing the common premises of Vintage Automobile museum in the sprawling DASTAN estate. Food is so so - noodles not good, lassi was good. Cash payment. Ambiance is very nice - varieties of birds and squirrels raiding the tables, seats of the restaurant for left over food. Trees, puppets, folk decoration.

Nowadays people visit restaurants for 2 things. 1.food 2. Photos Food was very average. Nothing special or extraordinary. Service was also like average. Locations was quite good for photography. You will enjoy getting clicked. Photogenic place claimed 4 stars :). There was also live music and puppet show (which we couldn’t see anywhere, maybe because of very less crowd they hadn’t started).

Food options are good. Atmosphere is wonderful too. Price was high, around 550 per person. folk dance was there in waiting lounge with village style sitting arrangements. Good to visit and experience if one has not visited such village style restaurant.

I've been to this place multiple times. The food quality is good and the place has a pleasant atmosphere as well. However recently when I went they declined the entry even though we were before the closing time. The ticket giver seems to have some kind of attitude, otherwise the place is really worth it.

In the vintage village the heritage car is very good and the cost of fees to show car is 100 rs and for photos 50 rs extra and if you want the ride the car the cost is 1000 rs for 4 people. The food of the restaurant is very poor and service is also very bad the first serve halva(sweet) and then after they serve tomato soup the epic level of service and the cost of food dishes around 350 rs but not value you get and also they said that they provide gujarati as well as panjabi but such as ther is no major difference between them. Location is very good and also for you want spend some time with nature so it is best place.

They welcome you with drink and rajasthani dance. You can sit front of wood fire and enjoy rajasthani dance in winter. They serve authentic Gujarati thali, which is unlimited. I can't explain the taste in words because it beyond the words. I recommend you personally visit and enjoy the food. Restaurant is surrounded by green lush trees and a small water channel. The dinner ended with local Kathputli shows. Overall it was a great experience.

I am sharing my experience & suggestions based on my visit on 15-1-2021 between 12 pm to 4 pm with family members including 8 years old daughter. Overall ambience & interior of the restaurant was nice & elegant. Welcome Drink (Beet Jam) was fresh & stomach friendly. Cultural programme was nicely performed by experienced & skilled "ARTISTS" We really appreciate & salute efforts of the ARTISTS for saving culture of India & relieving stress of the mind. Quality & variety of the food was indeed fresh, delicious, hygienic. Option for JAIN & Swaminarayan food was available without any major compromise/reduction in quantum of dishes. Couldn't visit VINTAGE CAR MUSEUM due to lack of time & other scheduled tasks. Ample space for vehicle parking is available with separate space for 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers. Space inside the restaurant seems less compare to the space or other restaurants like Vishala / Rajwadu etc. Paid ₹ 390 per dish for adult & approximately ₹ 250 per dish for child which worth compare to rates of other similar restaurants. I highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant once during their stay / visit of Ahmedabad. I request HOTEL MANAGEMENT for drastic improvement in cleanliness of toilet & washroom area. Also requesting for correction of the contact number & other important details on their official website to avoid misunderstanding. Necessary action in certain corners/areas required for elimination of MOSQUITOES. Different type of rides for KIDS & separate canteen for tea/snack etc are also available in the is restaurant. Wishing all the best to staff & management of the restaurant.
