Great food and service, would highly recommend...Went there on Friday... Everything perfect. Such friendly staff. This is the original and authentic Indian restaurant & banquet. I would like to say original flavour of Indian food service is five star. This place is welcoming with charming service and food. Been coming here since it first opened and have never had any complaints. A recent update to the menu is also pleasing with a number of new dishes of veg and non veg. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are happy to cater for small and large groups. I will continue to be a customer and would recommend it highly. There price compared food quality is the best. The price for food is reasonable & food quality also good. They made very tasty food. 100% pure Vegetarian. Best food they are served. They can arrange small function like birthday party, ring ceremony etc. They give best service for function.

Not much to have non-veg in Ahmedabad. it was recommended by my brother. so we decided to give it a try. Food-We ordered the below items: Chicken tandoori- everyone recommends it in their review, we tried it and are glad we did. go for it - 4/5. Fish kebab-the kebabs were tasty crispy and full of flavors. Chicken Angara -it was a blend of red gravy with boneless pieces they serve hot in a sizzler dish. it was good. 3.5/5. and of course pieces of bread and Sodas. Note: Don't order a cup of tea here because it's not available. Service- 3/5 - There was a person who attended to us when we entered. every time we needed anything, have to knock on the glass hard so that they can notice us. Ambiance - 4/5 - the ambiance was good.

Somewhere2020: Very expensive and food quality and taste is okay types 2022: OMG, I did the biggest mistake and visited again!!! Food was Horrible this time fish fingers for 500rs were way too oily and undercooked, Murg mutton was supper oily even healthy ppl wud get BP after eating here... Also, they only had tandoori roti which again was served burnt! Also they don't do unlimited non veg/ veg on Sundays!

To start off I must say they make Awesome butter chicken, i personally like it a lot. Ofcourse they have a varied menu and lots of good dishes... This was my earlier review, but unfortunately yesterday i.e 26/01/2024 the butter chicken was very bad and stale... Also service became slow...

Date: 4th Feb 2024 We ordered Veg. Manchow soup, Half Tandoori chicken, Butter Milk, Butter tandoori roti and one sabzi but name I do not remember. As this night there was a waiting of 15-20mins, we had to dine upstairs on the 1st Floor.For waiting there was a sitting arrangement. The staff was pathetic, had to spoon,fork and tissue. Even the soul was delayed which never happened on the Ground Floor. Never sitting there at 1F ever again. Staff was not attentive at all. The ground staff is senior. Date: 27th Jan 2024 We ordered tandoori Chicken half, manchow soup, Jaipuri sabzi, Butter tandoori roti and buttermilk. Soup was as delicious as before, Tandoori chicken had upper flesh which was good but it too had one tangdi without flesh which was burnt. Jaipuri was normal in taste and was not spicy at all, had to ask for fried chilly separately. Buttermilk tasted like it was stirred curd. This is the second time that they put water bottle without over consent. As they want to add to our bill, they never ask. Serving was fast. Again we got the table easily at the time when we arrived. Hygiene was maintained. It is spacious, comfortable, enough parking. Date: 10th Dec 2023 We ordered veg manchow soup, Tandoori Chicken(half), veg kohlapuri and roti. Roti was half raw. Sabzi was okay in taste. Liked Tandoori Chicken with green chutney. Soup was perfect as needed before main course. They have less parking space. Had to park aside of road near gandhigram railway station behind the restaurant. They served food timely. It got crowdy after 10:30pm.

FoodInn is my favorite place in the city. Where you can get delicious food Tasty food ..satisfactory service...u can have non veg as well veg at this place.which is at the heart of the city...after alll me satisfied in all aspects which we look for at a restaurant. Nice ambience. This is one of my favourite dine inn place among city. I had been going since childhood with family but the quality of food has always been utmost. Price are little bit high but recommend for going once in a while (1000 for 2 approx) Highly recommended

One of the best restaurants in Ahmedabad to have nonvegetarian Indian food. Food Inn have another branch too, but this new one is the best.

After long time I visited this place and felt surprised with the quality and variety of food. Staff was happily serving us too. One think I like so much was separated cubicle for family. When u sit in there you feel completely cut off from the noise around. Parking was available in the late evening.

Food inn is a nice fine dine restaurant with excellent ambience located in the prime location of the city nearby the railway station. Non veg food served here is very tasty esp. Butter chicken, Chicken Lababdar, Murg Tikka Masala and Bhuna Chicken. Their Naan is super soft. They also serve delicious Soups like Garlic Broccoli Cream Soup with chicken and Veg Thai Soup. If you are a Biryani Fan this place is not at all for You. some might find this place at little expensive side.

Best option to try out authentic Non-veg specials. I visited the restaurant twice in last couple of months and loved it. The service by staff as is also commendable. They have an iftar combo offer now, which I felt is great deal for that price. One large combo is good enough for 5-6 people. Do pre-book for the same.

My favourite and one of the best North indian food restaurants in ahmedabad. I visited this place many times. Foodin is one of the best Fine dine restaurant in Ashram road area or ahmedabad. I love their butter chicken hyderabadi chicken dum briyani. Every bite have a flavour full taste. If you want to have a good north indian cuisine you should try out this restaurant.

The place was good for non veg Almost every type of chicken present there The main thing is that, they gave 10% discount on the bill First we pay them with card so the service incharge said that if u pay in cash you will get 10% discount So must try 😅

Food is still good but service has been worsening

I had very bad experience yesterday(30 Jan 2024). I got metal pin(bowl cleaning metal pocha) in my soup, said we will replace soup but I cancelled soup order and they react like it's happened and no one take seriously. Act like nothing happened. I want to take photo of that pin but the order taker took from my hand and misplaced it. It very bad experience from this kind of resturant. Also they accept only cash and card... No online payment...

We were a 5 person group and had dinner on a Sunday. Understandably, the restaurant was full. Despite that, the service was great, all the dishes we ordered came on time, the presentation was great and the taste 🤌👌👌. We ordered 4 types of Tikka, the stand out was Cheese Tikka, while we had 2 main course dishes. Everything was sublime. It was a wonderful experience. This was my 2nd time here, hopefully there will be more soon.

One of the best restaurants for mughlai food. But not very spicy or oily. If you want the spicy mughlai then go to the old food inn near siddi said jali. My top picks are: Kesari tikka Chicken tikka Tawa chicken Pesto chicken American chop suey

FoodInn is the favourite food joint for my family. It offers good quality veg. and non-veg. food at reasonably good rates. It also has unlimited platter for lunch and dinner, which is affordable for party and family gathering, since it includes many varieties in soups, starters and main course. Definitely, a paisa vasool.

For both veg and non veg, you will enjoy the food, since it is adjacent to river front mostly there is a wait for the table, and on the weekends it is mostly busy..they also have unlimited options available..fine place to enjoy food..

This eating place only opens from 6pm till late so either be there early or see if you can book a table as it gets busy everyday. Amazing food everything is tasty just ask them for their speciality meal.
