A fancy restaurant with a bollywood touch. Has a bullet motorcycle in the entrance of the restaurant. Also the walls are painted with different scenes of bollywood movies. The food is good, and so are the staffs. This restaurant serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. It is a family restaurant with good taste and quality located just at the junction of New C G Road. Really amazing place and I recommend you to go there once or any other Mirch Masala branch in Ahmedabad. We tried almost everything there, from veg platter to butter chicken and mutton. The jalebi here is really crispy and amazing. Also do try the masala papad and chass here if you ever visit.

Overhyped, didn't met the expectations I'd from this place owing to good reviews. The theme and ambience is really good - old bollywood style and artefacts does a great job. But the food was below average for the charges they are taking. The Tandoori Chicken was good but the Delhi chat was all soggy, you get better chat in Jay Bhavani. I'd not finished my starters and they were impatient to serve the main course. Thus, by the time I finished starters and moved on to the main course, it was already cold. The rotis became chewy and it was a task to finish. Quantity was good but the taste was OK, nothing great to talk about. We left the place disappointed and unsatisfied, it ruined our evening :(

The place is located on the main road so easy to locate. The ambience of the restaurant is fusion of Bollywood and Vintage, so it gives a good feel. The service and politeness of the staff is really good. However, the food is average over here. I ordered one Tikka Murgh, Jeera rice and Lassi. I liked the tenderness of the chicken, however the gravy was pathetic, it was tasting as a typical paneer gravy, ruining the food experience. I visited second time as well and tried there Ghost Dum Biryani. It was really good, the mutton was very tender & full of flavours, the rice was average, the amount of Dum gravy was over powering the taste of rice, someone may find it good, however the overall taste was really good. Even though you can visit this restaurant, however try to avoid gravy oriented dishes specially for non-veg food.

The food was actually pretty good, though we found the Paneer Mirch masala and Dal Makhani a tad salty. But when we let them know, they were super cool about it and fixed it up nicely. On the bright side, their Gosht Lababdar was spot-on! The meat was tender and cooked to perfection. Oh, and can't forget to mention their Fresh lime soda – it was really refreshing and hit the spot. To top it all off, they surprised us with complimentary Jalebi’s which were crispy, hot, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was the perfect ending to a tasty meal!

The Quality of food is very nice The serving size is also enough. We had Chicken Dum Biryani, Chicken Tikka and Tawa Chicken. The chicken was tender and well cooked. The Biryani was smelling very nice. We were 3 people but the food was enough for us. The ambienece is very beautiful, I was very impressed by the interior (especially the roof made of નળિયાં. The plates were Brass and the biryani was cooked in clay pot. Service was very helpful and polite. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and the entire restaurant was empty except for another table. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Yet a saparate handwashing facility was missing. It is quite un hygienic to go inside the toilet to wash your hands before sitting down to eat. The management should look into this. The only reason I had to take down 1 star was the cost. It is something that might deter average people from coming to this restaurant again.

Excellent ambience with great food. It is designed in typical pind(village) style and reminds of the old days. The non veg dishes tastes perfect and even the prices are pocket friendly. Wonderful time spent. Highly recommended.

Ordered Gosht Dum Biryani from this restaurant where they claim to give 950 grams quantity. I have been regularly ordering from them and never faced this problem, but this time, I received only 616 grams. Poor experience.

A big NO for vegetarians.They served kachra food,who the hell serves three different subzi in same gravy and that too in black colored gravy.Got out order after 40 mins, though there wer no rush on the weekday.As we wer running late,had no choice but to eat that and pay a hefty amount for such garbage preparation.Think twice before planning to go here.

This is not the bad one, but the only one in Ahmedabad that serves good food under the banner mirch masala. We tried out murg tawa ka and butter naan which was awesome. Do try out chicken sabzi here, they are good in taste and quantity. Veg paneer food is also equivalent good and can try out paneer tawa with roti or naam of your choice. Service is good and ambience is just right.

Food was good but the sabji and missi roti was too too spicy. Buttermilk was the best. Service was very slow. Need of improvement in service quality as per prices and balanced taste as it was of too much mirch masala. 😅

Have known the place since more than a dozen years. Its non- veg starters are good. Served hot straight from tandoor. However today's experience was laughable (to put it in words with decency). Chicken Reshmi kabab was ordered, we got seekh kabab! Then the hotel staff started convincing us that this is in fact reshmi kabab. In this MM restaurant the seekh kabab is called reshmi kabab!! Then I am called Amitabh Bachchan

It's always a pleasure and our go to place when we are in the mood for some whole sum North Indian food. The starters and sweets are unbeatable. The non-veg mains are always spot on. This restaurant only focus on decoration. This restaurant is only for photography. This restaurant is NOT suitable for food. Street food is better than this place atleast they respond well.

Very disgusting and unprofessional thing, I ordered veg biryani for takeaway, after reaching home when I opened it, I got an egg biryani. The thing is that I don't even eat egg or any non veg stuff. Additionally, they make me wait for takeaway at least 1 hour. So disgusting and unprofessional thing. Think before ordering. Can't give negative or no star, therefore giving one star.
