There is a complete lack of transparency in their dealings. We admitted our mother for angiography. At that time they presented us with packages and since difference wasn’t much, we opted for deluxe packages. When they did angiography, it turns out we had to go with angioplasty. We were told it would cost 3.5L because we have opted for deluxe package and 2.5L for economy. I asked them to give me breakup of the difference to which they said we don’t have to ready. We can send your mom back to the room and once you confirm we can operate her again. The way the spokesperson Geeta spoke to me, she tried to pressure me in the situation and also was rude. At the time of checking out, I insisted on the breakup of the packages and it turns out they had it ready with them. Also it turns out that difference between economy and deluxe rooms is just Rs. 1000. Rest difference is billed under various heads. On medical side also, case of my mom hasn’t been handled properly and her hand is in pain for more than 15 days now. All in all not a great experience. The senior doctors are rude and so is the staff.

This place is infested with cockroaches. Their special room will give you an impression of an uncleaned Indian railways coach. The security with no compassion and a reception desk guy with an attitude of a rude third grade hotel manager. If this can happen to a doctor, I can only imagine the plight of a common man and family.

We consulted Dr. Tejas Patel here. He advised us nicely. And he consulted doctor Brij Mohan Sahib for the operation. The operation has gone well here. The staff here is nice. Take great care. Here the patient's householders are not allowed to run away. It is very clean here and there are good facilities to stay. The patient also gets good food. Every room is well ventilated. Thank you very much sir Tejas Patel and Brij Mohan sir.

They have painted a beet glossy picture of their service, I feel they are all paid reviews. Doctor charges whooping ₹2200/- as consultation fee but gives u less than 2 minutes. He doesn’t even answers question to your satisfaction. And yes, be prepared to wait for atleast 3 hours for this 2 minute consultation. Was given appointment at 12:30 pm and I could meet the doctor at 3:15 pm. They create an artificial urgency by making the patients for hours and when there is a considerable lot size, the doctor arrives and clear them like a factory assembly line. Pathetic. Regret going there.

My two relatives came from Rajasthan to have routine & precautionary 'MSCT Coronary Angiography' which was done nicely by Gujarat Imaging Centre, world' most advanced Radiology & imaging Institute situated at Samved Hospital @ Rs. 10,500/- per person. Out of two guests one has Calcium deposits in main arteries so Dr. Mrugesh of that Institute told us to have an opinion of Dr. Tejas Patel of Apex Hospital. We innocently went there but to our surprise, a junior doctor who attended my guest viz. patient Mr. Mahendra Vikram Singh and immediately wrote two more tests viz. Echo & ECG and counter girl charged Rs. 5400/- which included Dr. Tejas's fee of Rs. 2300/-. After an hour our turn came and again to our dismay & surprise Dr. Tejas Patel (for whom I had a great regard before meeting) attended my guest so casually and told to have another Angiography without seeing that two tests done at his hospital. I requested him to give an opinion based on CT Angiography done by GIC but seemingly he concluded by saying that I can't say anything before having another Angiography being done at his hospital which costs Rs. 20,000/- ( As told by his hospital reception girl). By looking his behavior we decided not to done anything at his hospital rather preferred to do at Jaipur. The thing which we felt very bad was charging Rs. 5400/- un-necessarily and top of that he (Dr. Tejas) didn't spare more than couple of minutes in sending back us to his hospital's reception to deposit Rs. 20k, without going through 'CT Angiography', which was really shocking and totally in-human behavior. Patients who came all the way from a remote place of Rajasthan in a trust but they were looted in the name of giving an opinion which they never got from this respected doc.

One of the best hospital for heart related issues. Best team, best treatment and best doctors available for patients. Only one thing required to add as part of the facility is mediclaim facility. Hospital is asking us to go for reimbursement but to see from patients perspective everyone will not be ready for such a amount specially a middle class family. They need to arrange the amount first to operate any surgery. Its better if there is an option for cashless treatment then financial pain will be less for patients family.

Small hospital no more space for Relatives, if you come with relative than don’t have any air conditioner space for relative , more than one Relative Securites doesn’t allow to go in hospital , whenever we come with patient than we think 2 relative should be with him. because it’s heart hospital . when you come from out of city than maximum time at list 2 relative came with patient , but here Not allowed, doctors charge is too high no problem because those experiences are to vast, but Some facilities expected when he pay more than required. I give review 5 star for Doctors, but I think some things should be change.

I got angioplasty done for my father. Everything has been nicely advised and was spot on since registration at counter, to conduction of all the test, admission and then procedure of angiography and angioplasty. The nursing staff was very cordial and attentive for patient request. The best part of whole treatment was consultation and procedure by Dr. Tejas patel he was humble through out the time and gave sufficient time to patient to hear his problem and then did the angiography and angioplasty and explained the whole process to us as well. He even didn't charge for extra procedure performed as it was not informed to us before taking consent for treatment. Even after operation he gave personal visit to patient and hear out their problem if any and suggest solution or treatment for the same. I am very impressed and satisfied by his treatment and nature towards patient and their attendant.

Apex is a very good hospital, Dr Tejas and Sanjay are the best. But we had worst ever experience with Dr Keith Fonseca, highly arrogant and unprofessional behaviour. He must first learn how to talk to patient and relatives. If you are going for OPD, you will first meet a MBBS doctor, Keith is one of them, avoid meeting him. He calls his own frontline staff as idiots.
