Wrost time management and rude behaviour of staff specially Dr Dharmendra and reception areas staff despite of spending lakhs of rupees on treatment. They are getting paid from patients fees but treat patient like an object. Ruthless behaviour.

Doctors are good, but management is very poor. They are taking appointments but at desk they are going first come first served order and new patients getting priority. So even though you have an appointment you have to wait minimum 2 hours, yesterday only I had to wait for 2.5 hours with the patient on wheel chair.

My mother got her chemotherapy at this hospital and the reason behind 2 star rating is doctor (Abhishek Kakroo) rest it's a really good hospital to get the treatment. He would come across as a quite considerate doctor when met in person however there have been few incidents where I had very unpleasant experience. This feedback is completely based on personal experience to register my grievance.

Excellent service. Doctors and staff is really friendly. Getting quite a quality service. Really impressed. My mother is taking a cancer treatment from Vedanta and Dr. Chintan is our doctor. He is super supportive. He took care of the patient really well. He listen to the patient fully and then provide his advise accordingly. Really happy with the services. Still few more therapy sessions are left and we hope we will continue getting the same treatment as so far.

They are best in Business.Dr. Chirag sir is great mentor for us. My mother’s treatment is going right now in this hospital.the hospital staff, hygiene everything we can talk about is upto standard. Ridiculous service , they are saying you will get report in 1 hour and giving it in 3 hours, they told that bone Mero report you will get Saturday and now they are saying you will get it monday ...so ridiculous they are not serious about time table , they don't understand that the patient will from other state also , how much problems the patient will face , totally ridiculous service

Dr. Abhishek Kakroo provides very good treatment with minimal and effective medicines and treats patients very kindly. Hospital staff is also friendly, co-operative and takes care of patients carefully.

Dr.Chirag Desai is the best doctor I have met, who is one the most experienced oncologist in Gujarat. If I have to talk about his nature, he is very cool and calm, whose diagnosis is accurate, whatever medication he gives is best and latest. Since last 5 years I m in touch with him, he has replied for any of my queries promptly along with his suggestions. I was little sceptical to take covid vaccination but his convincing explanation boost me to take it. I would like to conclude my talk by saying that please please please take his opinion before undergoing treatment.
