I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
and
frustration
regarding
the
quality
of
service
and
equipment
at
gym
lounge
premium,
Anand
Branch
,
which
has
ultimately
led
to
its
abrupt
and
permanent
closure.
As
a
loyal
member
who
joined
the
gym
on
February
13th,
I
initially
experienced
a
premium
fitness
facility
with
state-of-the-art
equipment
and
a
high
level
of
service.
However,
my
experience
took
a
significant
turn
for
the
worse
shortly
after
I
joined.
Approximately
one
month
into
my
membership,
all
the
new
and
well-maintained
equipment
was
replaced
with
old
and
worn-out
rubber
weights.
This
sudden
change
was
quite
alarming,
especially
considering
the
assurance
provided
by
the
gym
staff
that
the
equipment
would
be
upgraded
and
replaced
in
due
time.
This
drastic
decline
in
equipment
quality
negatively
impacted
my
workout
experience
and
significantly
hampered
my
progress
towards
achieving
my
fitness
goals.
Despite
these
unfavorable
circumstances,
I
decided
to
continue
my
membership,
hoping
that
the
gym
would
honor
its
promise
and
improve
the
equipment
situation.
Unfortunately,
during
the
month
of
April,
I
encountered
personal
issues
that
prevented
me
from
visiting
the
gym
regularly.
However,
I
had
every
intention
of
resuming
my
workouts
in
May,
only
to
be
met
with
a
notice
stating
that
the
gym
was
under
maintenance
and
would
be
closed
for
an
unspecified
period.
This
unexpected
closure,
without
any
prior
notification
or
warning,
left
me
feeling
not
only
inconvenienced
but
also
deceived
as
a
member.
The
lack
of
transparency
regarding
the
maintenance
duration
further
added
to
my
frustration.
And
now,
to
learn
that
the
gym
has
been
permanently
closed
is
truly
disheartening.
I
understand
that
circumstances
may
arise
that
necessitate
maintenance
or
even
closure
of
a
facility.
However,
as
a
paying
member,
I
expected
better
communication
and
consideration
from
your
gym.
The
abrupt
closure
without
any
resolution
or
alternative
arrangements
has
left
me
without
a
suitable
fitness
facility
and
has
wasted
both
my
time
and
money.
Given
the
situation,
I
kindly
request
that
you
address
the
following
concerns:
Refund
or
Compensation:
I
expect
a
fair
and
equitable
resolution,
either
in
the
form
of
a
refund
for
the
remaining
unused
portion
of
my
membership
or
suitable
compensation
for
the
inconvenience
caused.
Explanation
and
Accountability:
I
would
appreciate
a
detailed
explanation
regarding
the
sudden
deterioration
of
equipment
quality
and
the
subsequent
closure
of
the
gym.
Furthermore,
I
believe
it
is
essential
for
the
gym
management
to
take
accountability
for
the
lack
of
communication
and
transparency
throughout
this
process
