Worst service for women..no proper trainer. she only does her own work and is continuously on her phone scrolling. The owner does not take any responsibility for her behaviour and he lacks the spirit of management and administration towards his institution. He's arrogant and shows his arrogance about his high rating and thinks no matter what the rest of customers say to him he doesn't spit a word. A total careless person.

A very spacious gym...Proper equipments available...Trainer properly guides how to do the exercises if you are a newbie... Timings are also very good 6am-11pm...I have my female PT(Ruksana) who guides me properly and have already started seeing the changes in my body....Great for women and best for men.... Gym owner is a very down to earth person guides you wherever required.

Nice atmosphere, good machine, and also a very good trainer and also an effective place 💯 must hisit if you want to join gym you love it here.
