Every day of the week you end up doing something new and this ensures that yoga is not at all monotonous or boring. Ruchi teaches it nicely with great personal attention as well as encourages you to do yoga. I am already seeing the difference in me within a short span of 1 month, that too after missing some classes (thanks to wedding season). Continue doing the good work!!

Tavisi studio changed my perception towards workout. I never believed in "YOGA SE HOGA" But Ruchi di helped me change the whole concept. The way she designs our yoga workout and helps us with each and every asana it is amazing. Plus the studio gives it a proper feel wherein the vibes are extremely positive and peaceful. I am totally in love with the level of dedication tavisi shows towards their clients. Probably this among very few places i have come across where the trainer is so enthusiatic and involved with its students giving them personal attention. Though its just been awhile i joined this TAVISI but surely i am going to stick to it for real long. All thanks to ruchi and her team for that.

Best yoga class ever i can say that because i have started loving yoga after this. the ambiance and the vibe of the place is so positive. Ruchi di is brilliant at what she does.
