I got two numbers of compass tourism from their website.. They are not kind and friendly. The lady was very rude to talk to. I got another number of theirs and the man was using abusive language and threatening.On the whole i had a very unpleasant experience with them. Very unprofessional. I don't want any free services. I have already booked my trip in make my trip. Don't use words like black mailing. Giving an honest review doesn't mean blackmailing. Your customer service is not ready to give basic information also. I respect hard working people. Regards.

Compass tourism must visit hotels first before suggesting customers. Our full eight days gujrath trip was some very happening and very depressing situations. Full marks to our driver Himesh Yadav.He is very active and helpful driver. But the hotels except Lords inn and Anantam r the worst. Ginger hotel chains r the the the worst . We stayed at Ahmedabad and Dwaraka in Ginger .but both experience r depressing. I request Compass tourism not to book these hotels ever forth.
