We went to kashmir in diwali 2021 with our family through Atlanta tour. It was well organised and worth enjoying. We had a good experience with them and also got Jain food as per our requirement in hotels. We only have two suggestions for improvement - 1. We do not get any facilities in cottages booked by Atlanta at pahalgam resorts though we paid as high as Rs. 5000 per cottage. There was no hot water for bath, No wifi, No phone working and even not TV channel and catel also not working in our room. We are disappointed with facilities of pahalgam resort and cottages. 2. Also the driver given by Atlanta at kashmir tour Mr. Riaz was rude in behaviour and not cooperative. He should be polite with guests but the behaviour is not satisfactory. Except above two issues, the tour was fantastic and we all enjoyed a lot. There was no problem of safety faced by us. Thank you Atlanta for the service.

We visited Turkey for 10 days through Atlanta world travels and we were provided excellent services by them from start to the end of tour.We were the only couple visiting turkey, so they customised itinerary only for us.They have really nice choice of places to visit and hotels for us. Only one thing to improve is the restaurants and food options for the vegetarians as we were not having a good vegetarian options during the Istanbul city tour and on the cruise.Besides this we had really good experience with Atlanta travels and specially there representative Nidhi ma'am were always available from India for any kind of help and coordinations during the tour.We really found it helpful for the 10 days tour.

We have successfully completed our Cruise,Singapore, Malaysia and Thiland trip from 5th Dec 2023 to 18th Dec 2023 through Atlanta world travels.We enjoyed everything. Atlanta world tour travels nicely arranged the itinerary.Nidhi madam in India and Trip co-ordinators in each of above country were continuously in touch with us.Pick up and drop always available before time. In collaboration with Atlanta world travels Tour land, a local tour agency at Singapore and Malaysia and Orchid, a local tour agency at Thiland also nicely scheduled our trip. Some of the hotels/ Restaurant however, were sub-par and not recommended as we faced inconveniences of different sorts. Overall Our Stay at hotels/Cruise was nice. Indian/ Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were delicious. Thank you Atlanta world travels and especially Nidhi madam and our local trip co-ordinators, Guides, Drivers for guiding every-time when required. One suggestion I would like to give that timing for tour for day and night should be arranged such that each place enjoyed in day light as well as in night light and In leisure time, places other than itinerary/shopping can be done. I am extremely happy to state that Senior Citizen's tour of Singapore Malaysia and Thailand ended with lots of fun, happiness, comfort. Atlanta World Holidays has made provided comfortable hotel stay at well known hotels in every visiting places. Delicious Lunch and dinner made our journey more joyous. Transportation in air conditioned Volvo luxury bus spread feelings of relaxation amongst all travellers. Local guide engaged by Atlanta enlightened us about history, speciality of the places visited by us. Unhygienic Food & Poor Hotel Accommodation. Hotel Duke in Srinigar was worst in Service, Hygiene. Cleanliness was poor, not replacing towels, No Room Service in spite of repetitive calls starting reason that no manpower.

Our hotel at Port blair was good, but the one in havelock was exceptional, with only 200 meters from radhanagar Beach. Also the arrangement was good along with the food. Our return flight was delayed due to cyclone in Chennai,but the staff stayed in touch and helped us with connecting flight. Thanks to Sunilbhai our guide and Dhruval in operations.

Manali and shimla hotels, meals are in good quality, hospitality is very good, staff behave very kind but chandigarh hotel swan not satisfactory in terms of brekfast, dinner and staff.

In our Kashmir tour, food is not good and sufficient for all. It causes stomach problems to many of us in our group.

Tour for Kashmir in May 2022. Places of Stay at Shrinagar, Pahalgav, Boat House was good and comfortable. But we were ready at 7.00 am as instructed us but we have to wait around 1 hour for shikara to reach the hotel from Boat House for the next location. Most of the people from our group faced stomach problems due to food. Transportation arrangement, Bus was not comfortable for me but Driver was good. Travel Management was Good, but as per my experience of travelling in various places in past, The Manager assigned to us was not proper, and he was not guiding us for local market and as well as at Gulmarg, for Food Problem.

In Diwali we booked Singapore , Malaysia and cruise package with Atlanta World Travels . They provide excellent service best thing in package was their Indian Restaurant food. Great trip organization by Atlanta World Travels.

Tour operator was not responding well. Tour manager was rude and talking like we people are idiots. No management. Booked cheap hotel in Andaman Nikobar trip. Not booked ferry tickets for ganganagar beach. Not supported in Andaman when we didnt get ganganagar beach trip. Over all its wastage of money to book your trip with Atlanta Travels. Answer of your question...We 10 people from Income tax travelled to Andaman in 2017 and experienced worst ever. Recall your memories.

We were a group of eight senior citizens all +70 years. Our trip to South India was fabulous. All arrangements of booking hotels and transportation were wonderful. We sincerely thank Atlanta World Travels for making our trip memorable.

Kashmir tour experience...26/5/22 to 1/6/22.. You should study about the information given in the tour. Because the manager does not know about the place where we visit and he doesn't gave any information of that place.. As information given by tour organizar we did not get transport services, hotel services,and also manager services.. Sometimes passenger health get deteriorated as there was no proper hygienic food.

We went to Kashmir on 6th May of 2023. The entire trip was fabulous and awesome not only because that the Kashmir is like Heaven on Earth(actually it is!) but because of AWT team out there. They managed the entire tour very efficiently and never let us experience any hurdles. The manager Maulik Kothari was man of good heart, always ready to help and a good professional. In places like Kashmir we were never deprived of Gujarati food. We got two times tea, very testy and plenty in quantity breakfasr, delicious lunch and dinner.Thanks to Main Cook and all other allied start for providing such a healthy and delicious food. Airport pick up and drop and internal travelling were hassle free. AWT team at Ahmedabad were also nice and helping. Thanks AWT for making my Kashmir trip memorable and awesome.
