Please don't book through this agency. Worst experience from the start. The agent couldn't give proper bookings. Till you reach his office for bookings the date you gave on call is already booked. Very rude agent. Worst experience. The guy asks in comment, who am I and how i came to know about his service. I was fortunate enough to learn the truth of the services of the agency, hence I didn't even book through them. Please don't book in this agency you will find many better in same area.

Do not book with this company. Their customer service is non-existent, and we had to deal with multiple issues throughout our trip with no support from them. This travel company is a complete waste of money. We could have easily planned and executed our trip on our own, and it would have been a much better experience. We had high hopes for this travel company, but they fell short in every possible way. The accommodations were subpar, the food was terrible, and the overall experience was disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this travel company. They have no regard for their customers' satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect of their service.

Here is a limitations to give minimum 1star. If there would be option of negative star I would give then -100 star......... I have recently gone through the horrible situation created by Monash... I have availed package from Ahmedabad to Goa for 3 night and 4 days. They don't have any property at Goa and committed confirmed booking. They have given the following in package but see the actual. 1. Confirmed railway tickets - on the date of journey tickets were not confirmed and have to travel from Ahmedabad nto Goa in RAC. 2. On reaching the destination, I was shocked that there was no room booking. Myself and family was sitting out side hotel for 2 hours. None of the person from Monash were supportive. 3. After checking the hotel, feels that the provided hotel is not suitable for family. It looks like CHADDAR BADLU HOTEL. Rooms were dirty, no power back up, no rook service, no kitchen and no staff for catering the guests. 4. While booking the package, they committed to give free trolly bag, which yet not receive. I have met another family who have same experience, Mr. Chirag Shah from Ahmedabad Next day I have checked out from that horrible place and booked seperate hotel from owned pocket. My suggestion is that dont book any package from Monash. You can found multiple other genuine tour operator.

Easy, Realiable, Great price. Easy to book. Very helpful with any questions we had. Everything taken care of. All paperwork sorted. Didn’t need to worry about transfers. Flights were great. Pricing was very competitive

We had selected monash travels for our Goa trip, but it was the worst experience. After an hour from airport a tempo travel to pick up which was of 25 seated and people were 35. The resort which was given to us was the worst. There was not a single facility in that resort.At first monash travel had told us that they will give us a car between a family but they gave a mini bus like something. the management is the worst.Everyday we have to call them about their tour plan. They are also not giving proper reply . In short our experience was worst

Being a strong reviewer on google map i can say that this is Worst company and service destroyers, rude people. Please do not take any service from this agency We have booked 19 to 23 feb so this is very recent to experience They have gave us flight booking after several calls, not given detailed itinerary, at last moment they have asked 150 rs each for 7 people for issuing boarding pass which was actually free of cost, we have clearly told that all couples are going for honeymoon we need one appartment with three rooms but they gave us different property and common rooms where two couples have to sleep in one room which is so awful. Second room was without attached bathroom. Third room was in balcony which is cover with curtains, tv was not working sofa was broken leg, switch board are also some time work sometime not working, no ac working ... They shows us Monash kaushal resort with swimming pool and sent us in some appartment where his worker also not knowing where is alloted rooms.... Rediculaus No room service one towel has been given for all four day between one couple no toiletary given, not a single person came to clean the room. No food quality they take you to one restaurant where only south Indian food available all four days we eat same food with zero quality and worst taste, dinner also not good no arrangement at all. When we call Mr.Lucky he rudely shouted on a lady becouse I asked for better rooms and privet rooms but he said three bed room given so you have to adjust yourself. Whole one day they have spoilt. I must give zero star insted of one even. I strongly do not recommend.

I booked my vacation with Monash Holidays in December for goa. I shocked after knowing the price for goa package exactly in Christmas time with two way flights. On a very short time period they help us to book the best hotels and flights. It was awesome tour and the stay,food and sightseeing guide all was 💯% awesome.Will suggest Monash Holidays to each and everyone reading the comments.Even I am looking forward for and international tour with Monash Holidays this year.

...Monash holidays @ A worst service. Absolutely not recommendable. Staff is very rude and rough. A poor management. Price might be low but that doesn't mean they can behave badly with customers. We've to wait till the last moment for the tickets and hotel voucher. We literally have to beg for that. For the international trip it's not good to handle this kind of unnecessary pressure. I'm absolutely upset with the staff they have and their behaviour with customers.

They all behave rudly with coustomers & change hotels in last moments. Worst food, didn't give Jain or swaminarayan food. They give promises to give us flight but they give us bus in last moment. Didn't give any kind of response when we want refund.their secretaries didn't give good response.they only give reply that our senior tells this or that. So, please didn't trust this travel.

We booked goa package with them and have very bad experience. They showed picture of Monash Kushal Resort and when we went there we have been allocated some flat rooms. Rooms over there were terrible with holes in sofa, stains on the floor, etc. AC, TV, Lift was also not working. Breakfast and dinner provided by them were also trash. They will not attend your calls after payment. So I suggest you not to opt their packages because they are disgusting. P.S. I am not demanding some 5 star hotel experience, their rooms and services are even bad then some cheap hotels. They should rename their name to MONASH DISGUSTING HOLIDAYS.

None of the guys who promised so big showed up or answer calls in time. It felt we were there to organize everything. I don’t think they really care about their Reviews but I just wanted to help people so not to get in to this circle of Monash. Hope this will prevent people from losing their precious time, money and possible good memories. Definitely if you go you will have memories but very very baaad. Good Luck.

Very bad experience with these cheap holiday package. Service for pick up and drop from terminals are not good . They will ask you to pay advance money and later won't pay ahead to the respective hotels/resort for which you have you choose it in that package. At prior they will talk about providing best and on the spot service but later won't act like.Will never recommend anyone to go with these tours and travellers ever.

😡😡😡😡 We have very bad experiences of Goa tour with Monash Holidays. Don't go or book your tour with this agency. They are fraud... When we inquiry for Goa tour they provide us Ansh hotel with Morning breakfast and Dinner. Shown us very nice photographs of hotel before booking payments. After completion of payments they have changed hotel before last day of our tour and they gives us bogus hotel. There is no any facilities of breakfast and dinner.. ... Instead of breakfast and dinner they provide us 70 rs. For breakfast and 150 rs. For dinner. This type of services provided by this agency. So don't go with this agency. This is waste of time and money...

At goa after the check out timings the flight was late asking for a room we were ready to pay the charges they didn’t bother to call us back bad experience ever. This travel company is not worth the money. Our guide was unprofessional and didn't seem to know much about the places we were visiting. We were better off exploring on our own. We had a terrible time with this travel company. They overcharged us for the trip, and when we tried to resolve the issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. We will never book with them again.

Hello everyone if you want to west your money your valuble time to enjoy with family never every go with this fruad company they cheated with me and my group. they inform em goa hotel is just 2 min far from bagha beach. but its far 2 km from beach. none of shops near have and even if hotel give us 3rd floor room and all most taken 15 min from reception to hotel room. so they inform me something else and at place we got tottally different. so we just cancel our last ride with them. and they agree at night they refund us in 7 days now when we arrive at ahmedabad they told me gov not refund and bla bla ext. suggest you dont go with them. go your self or any other reponsible company.

They are frauds... They don't have permanent office in Ahmedabad... they don't meet face to face.. they deal only on call and ask u to send money via online payment system... At the end they change your programs by themselves and if we don't agree to accept then they shows non refund policy.. I got my money back after filing police complain.. don't trust them
