Horrible service, no customer respect, lack of commitment. I will never recommend anybody to use this cab service. The name of the cab owner is Arun Bhai, I was travelling from Gandhidham to Ahemdabad and the fare price discussed on prior booking was 3,500 Rs, later the cab owner (Arun Bhai) denied and charged us 4,000 Rs. He (Arun Bhai) also told us to get get down in the middle, if 4000 rs is not accepted to be paid. Poor customer service, pls pls don't make any cab bookings with Arun Bhai. We had same quantity of luggage 4 bags and we were 4 passengers. Highly disappointed with Amrit driver and Arun bhai's rude attitude who made false claim and behaved harshly with no respect on call. The booking was made to right company and right cab. Earlier we travelled 3-4 before in the same cab same luggage same no. Of passengers and the fare being 3,500. But while returning they charged us extra and with no respect and manners at all. I would recommend you guys avoid these behaviours, have a happy journey, so pls avoid their service. 🙏🙏🙏

Hired a car for a week from Ahmedabad. My experience with Arun Bhai was pleasant and professional right from the booking till the final payment via UPI. The driver assigned to me, Tulsi Bhai, was friendly, courteous and helpful even in guiding and accompanying me to tourist sites during the week. The Swift Dzire was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Brahmani Cabs to anyone who needs transport for hire from Ahmedabad.

If you plan tour for Gujrat with your family never take taxi from Brhamani cab services ,drivers are very dangerous I settled 30000/- for Inova for 7 days with owner arun . He send me a driver name Mukesh who was taking some drugs with tabbaco and continuesly talking on phone which was very risky, when I informed to owner arun then he said ok you can pick my another taxi from Somnath temple.now he send desire instead of inova with driver Dharmendra again he was the same as previous. On expess way from Vadodara to ahmedabad he stop the car at 11PM night without saying anything he ran away near a pan shop taking on phone he said my owner arun is saying pay left 5000/- before one day while they have already taken 25000/- then I will move from here, i was there with wife and 2 kids after taking the money he drop us to Ahmedabad .they spoiled my Gujrat tour
