These people don't deserve even 1 star!!!! Un-ethical Business practice, looting mind-set. Diplomatic and cunning AGM, extremely ruthless CRM. "PLEASE DO NOT EVEN ENQUIRE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP". My worst experience in nutshell : Their Driver picked up my C220d from my house with perfectly functioning Sunroof, after their parent company specified checks. After some time only, Gentle man !!!! Service supervisor Piyush Parmar called me and informed me that my Car's Sunroof isn't working and it will cost me just Rs. 1,75,000. Any fool can understand that their Business practice is not ethical. They are looting money. They checked that my car is out of warranty hence executed un-ethical business practice to loot the money despite of their own satisfactorily checks made on sun roof working. People - PLEASE DO NOT ENQUIRE/BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS DEALER AND ANY OF THEIR OTHER DEALERSHIPS ACROSS INDIA. As an Indian Citizen, I am informing all Indians to be aware of this dealer.

Ludicrous is the word for their sales and pathetic is the word for their egoistic attitude. Their management doesn't have the spine to stand up and own its mistakes. Instead, they would look down upon at you to totally insult you. In our case, we were asked to cough up 1 lac extra in the name of booking amount. Their payment is broken into two parts as they mentioned and this dealer, takes up the authority, placing their own rules of charging the amount at the time of booking rather than against the procedure of Mercedes Benz India. We contacted their customer support and Mercedes Benz India has poor resolution skills. Be prepared to face templated responses. Guys, avoid purchasing from this dealer particularly

Benchmark dealer service to coustomers is very-very poor. Since last 15 days continuously we are following up for our number plate not even a single person giving proper answer from their side when we bought the car they have not show us a single features of the car i will not recommend my friends and family to buy. This is just mercedes benz logo but service is very very poor to coustomers i will recommend to buy other car but not this. Very poor service by salesman JAY. Very disappointed by mercedes benz.

When I thought of finally buying a Mercedes, I was quite lost with options. At Benchmark Ahmedabad, the sales associate who assisted me, made me feel very comfortable and assisted me in understanding and choosing my dream car. It was all worth it. I am very glad I chose Benchmark as no one would’ve done a better job.

Recently we had visited Benchmark Mercedes Ahmedabad but our experience was not par with their name. We weren't counselled properly. No thorough explanation about cars of interest & answered only to our ques. They didn't offer test drive but we had to ask for it. Just Rough explanation of price breakup. Not even a single follow-up call from dealer's side. We were like some window shoppers to them. Poor customer service compared to rival brands.

I was so surprised to see a Plethora of Models at display at Benchmark Ahmedabad. Their customer approach is something which is worth appreciating. The gentleman who assisted me was so knowledgeable who explained every minor thing in detail and helped to make my choice and also through the purchase process. When you have a big car, the service is of utmost importance. I was very skeptical as I am a perfectionist. Benchmark Ahmedabad is the dealer I would strongly recommend as they understand your requirements very well and suggest you with the right choices. This is rarely found in other dealers.
