DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM. If you care for your family's life. Kindly speak to existing suffering customers. Rampant problems like rattling electronic failure which can be brakes steering Headlamp and wiper etc.They will keep changing parts.your car will remain in service centre more than it will be with you.when they sell they sell nicely bcz faulty veichles have to be gift-wrapped so that it can be sold. 5star reviews are of people when they buy the car post which when then realise its a faulty car they are so frustrated that they dont even look back at this review page which they should do. I am changing my review after suffering for 8 months and stress is still on..

Don’t get trapped in exchange offers.. Listen to yourself not them, or they will misguide you in the name of exchange. I have my own polo GT car which was running fine since 4 years without any problems, they lured me by giving an exchange offer telling me that Volkswagen is giving this offer and valuation of my car 7.2 lakhs which I thought was the best possible value for my 4 year old car and they affer me to exchange it with Taigun GT. Where I was misguided? 1. Taigun was already on 1.5 Lakh discount for without any exchange so valuation of my old car is just 5.7 which is a deal in Loss 2. Exchange offers was not from Volkswagen it was from landmark ** still I accepted as I gave commitment 3. Though my car was running fine it was my fault that I mesmerised by the offer and I accepted the exchange. Though it was my decision I got hurt due to this false guidance. 4. Taigun is a good car but not up to the mark as my old Polo Gt -AC heating is not working but they are not serious enough bother it as they already sold car now they are not responsible -My rear view mirror uprooted while adjusting for the rear view 5. I am still not confident about the sturdiness of this car as of previous VW car. P.s I have been always a VW lover & Recommended this brand to so many of my friends but this time I am really disappointed by the quality they gave me that also with an unprofessional approach Driving this car doesn’t make you feel safe as it was with polo GT You can contact me anytime for detail advise Thank you to review readers
