    Fake company, fraud, fraud, never buy from Landmark, this are fraud company. All are very eager to take your cheq or money, lots of people will call and come to home for taking money, once you give money, you have been trapped in jar, no body reply, none will give you policy. Since 10 months I paid money but no body give policy because this is fake company.

    Absolute third grade service.All they are interested in is collecting premium, initially they will follow up to collect the premium cheque, There sales girl Ridhi Gawathiya use to call everyday to collect the premium now as I have given the cheque since last eight days. I still have not received my policy and my policy has already expired and now she is not answering my calls or messages.So I was in touch with their team leader Saumil Patel and all I am getting is fake promises like yes your policy is getting printed, and now as he has no answers he is telling me to take my cheque back,and even after saying that he is not responding to that as well. And I think this guys are getting support from there manager as mentioned by Mr.Saumil. I am out of station in my car and yet I haven't got my policy they are ruining my holiday's. It's my humble request to all to stay away from these guys. They are absolute unprofessional and big time liars.

    I would like to take some time and appreciate all the excellent work and effectiveness of this company. Specially I would like to thank Mr Dipak Limbachia, he is a gem to this company. He values his customer. He helped me in every step and got my Insurance procedure very smooth and easy. His dedication to work is outstanding. Mr Dipak was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, I can say he really cares about his customer. He is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Every company which so ever the sector is should have a customer centric employee like him. Landmark Insurance - you guys should give him a huge pay raise for his fantastic work :) :) :) :) :)

    Worst experience recently.. The sale person reduce premium amount too down once u agree to pay they say there is a problem in system it is not accepting this amount so pay system amount and excess will be refunded to your bank account.. They are not responding after paying..even their insurer partner Policyboss is also not responding..worthless people & service...Dont buy from them. Cheating people.

    Fraud company Promises so may things Even confirmed over mail given agent employee id and still not provide single things including Cashback Totally Fraud and scam people company

    I got my claim settlement within just a week , Mr Dipak Limbachiya was handling my file , you will not believe everything all documents, I submitted on mail n Watsapp, n next day I got payment, as per settled claim ! Very helpful!!!!!

    Fraud company after punching policy they would never solve your query whenever you call kavita TL she is not on desk There manager Harish Hangs up whenever you call them There calling agents have 0 knowledge Better to be without insurance rather then renewing policy with this bogus useless company and employees

    Third class insurance agency to deal with. When they need premium, their staff is continuously calling for the same & also offers cashback on premium. But as soon as they got premium, nobody are interested in giving cashback. I'm continuously talking with agent Shilpi Tiwari & her head Harish Maurya since last 2 months. They simply says that it will done within 2-3 days, but it's 2 months gone after payment of premium. There are no difference in premium if buy from other agents or other companies except the cashback Landmark offers (which actually they don't pay to customers). So, better to go with the agent who is well known. Don't buy from Landmark Insurance in temptation of cashback as they are cheaters.

    since many years, I take my Hyundai car (i10 Gj01 RJ 0502)) car insurance through Landmark insurance co. I have found , the Co and its sales team Very enthusiastic and believe in rigorous follow up well before the due date of renewal. But becomes totally non responsive and non responsible, once the insurance premium is paid. My date of renewal was 15th January'23 and despite my repeated requests, the full set of policy papers is not received. unfair on the part of the co. I shall think twice, for renewal next year and certainly not recommend to others K.P.Vohra Ahmadabad

    Mr. Chintan shah is very good agent of this company .He is very cooperative ,helpful and friendly .He also gives the best guidelines about the insurance policies. I will recommend this company for you guys if you want any type of like health insurance, car insurance ,life insurance, and travel insurance

    I had a terrible issue with acquiring policy but feedback from after sales service was excellent. Especially Mr. Deepak, who had been so cooperative and helped me to get perfect solution, just-in-time. It would have been worse for Landmark Honda if there hadn’t been this gentleman . I really appreciate the response.

    Excellent Service from Mr. Dipak Limbachiya - Claims Team. It was a hassle free claim experience for me. My vehicle # GJ ** ** 0400 had a wiring damages due to rat bite. Literally I just explain the respective claims team for my concern and they helped me settle my claim without any hassle. I would surely recommend everyone that if you need good and hassle free insurance service, go ahead with Landmark team.

    Recently I had put a claim for my car GJ01RG6462 and the entire process was so smoothly managed by Mr Dipak Limbachiya. Claim was settled on cashless basis and entire amount got approved. awesome experience

    Excellent followup @ time of sales, but very very pathetic after sales support, no support for claim settlement from any one in company. Won’t recommend anyone to purchase any insurance from Landmark insurance.
