Date: 13th June Purchase: 500gms x 2 of mohantal sweet. Review: unfortunately the sweet from this shop did not live up to expectations. It seemed more like crushed boondi laddoo shaped in rectangle than original mohantal. Someone i gifted this sweet (in Pune) too used the same phrase after tasting it. Happy to talk to the owners if needed. Mohan tal from gwali seemed much better and original than from this shop.

Their mohanthal is love. A very famous place has opened their branch here. Love their sweets collection. Costly in comparison with other sweet shops but this has a separate collection.

I would like to give 0000 ratings for service as i have ordered 100 kg monthal to them for diwali ready to pay the full amount in advance but the people is not receiving calls and not even bothered to call us back when called 30 times in a single day to give money. Looks like they are so rich that they dont care of 100 kg order as well. If anyone proves this wrong or incorrect information i am ready to provide the proof as well. They dont even bothered to reply on watsup Kindly the management has to look into this matter seriously

We had a couple of Mathos - Pista and Strawberry flavors. I have to say given the big name I had high expectations so I was quite disappointed with the quality. It was delivered quite frozen and it too thick. The strawberry one hardly had any berries.

very bad experience.. there was a limited stock of one item and I was first to enter in the shop they knows that ki mujhe wo chahiye fir bhi unhone dusre customer ko bech diya because I was busy with shopkeeper to buy another items also,, he was said also ki ab us item ka bill mat banana fir bhi.. they are only prefer money not customer. I was left the shop without buying anything. they are just big name they have no ethics

We all know test of Kandoi. It's always 5⭐. But today I experience 5⭐ customer service experience. In the morning I bought mix Kaju Katri and when I opened the box at the time of Guru purnima Puja the Kaju Katri was different then which I was ordered. I call to the store and with in half and hour they replaced with orginal order at my doorstep..... Even though order was 250 grams only....
