Very nice collection. Now under the management of Aditya Birla group. Value for money if you would like to buy premium clothing. Especially for girls between the age of 15 to 25.

Collection is good but they don't have smaller sizes and way to expensive..specially if you are into online shopping this place will seem very expensive

The collection could have been better. Not as expected for men. Overall it's good, but not outstanding. Also items were not managed perfectly which were in sale. Had to ask for every garment I select whether its on sale or not. Not quiet satisfactory.

Collection was not good and it was really costly, Indian Brands like Westside provides more better collection at very good price, they have value for money product.

The place is empty and easy to access. Decent Collection. The AC never works there. The store has a big door that always stays open even during the 45° C noon. Which makes the shopping experience horrible. We didn't even try everything that we selected as we were sweating throughout the shopping.

Place is good, good options, but the place has no working AC at the moment makes customer very uncomfortable. Store is good but Ac ruined the experience

Store timing is written as 10 am and it's still closed at 10:45. Trying to reach on the number mentioned but it says 'the number doesn't exist'. I kept my bag at the store before 2 days with my name written in it as they suggested. I came to finally purchase and collect it. It was gone when we visited after waiting for few minutes outside.

Expected the collection to be much better. I find the collection quite boring and upto the F21 mark that we all know of. You need to dig hard to find good pieces of clothing and shoes. The quality is fine and so are the prices. Although they have everything ranging from accessories, socks, shoes, swimwear and of course men's and women's clothing, i just with the clothing section was more varied.

Never Bought in Sell They have very Complicated policy for Return and Exchange You always loose your money from Forever 21 Perticular for Men Section, it's use less clothes and option Very disappointed

Forever 21 India sucks. They don’t allow in store return bought online. Also no return only store credit

Really bad return/exchange policy . Not even giving credit note in exchange .Didn’t like the polices of forever 21.
