    Average review of this Global Yamaha... Mixed experience... Sales: As we can observe in the videos they do not have any stock yard for their bikes... These people selling the same bikes to innocent customers... But what we can do we love Yamaha but not their service centers... Service: They are delaying the process.... Less labour at my experience... Charges are on higher side.... Example: If you went for service these people apply extra charge for every error like clutch setting and break settings, apart from parts... If you went for clutch plates change they will charge for labour for clutch plates extra for clutch lever change and also extra for clutch wire change... They will add extra parts in it to increase the invoice amount... Most of parts not available.... Waiting period... These type of service experiences are nightmare for every customer...

    Very bad and pathetic experience in prebuying process ..they are just lacking in customer service and pathetic sales staff Mr.Anand is worst sales person who falls off from giving satisfactory service to the customer … once bill was processed and payment was done NO INFORMATION WAS SHARED …they have denied and wash off their hands on any responsibility they own towards the booked vehicle…NO STANDARD PRE QUALITY CHECK OF VEHICLE IS CONDUCTED BY STORE TEAM AND THEY JUST PUT EVERYTHING ON CUSTOMERS HEAD WVEN BEFORE TAKING THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT…cheaters and fraudulent company …Yamaha should cancel their dealership…!!! No efforts were made to inform the customer post RTO booking and even on delivery date with specific information by us to inform once the vehicle is ready for delivery…No information was given regarding the same …they just simply say we don’t remember…how pathetic is that ? Very unhappy and dissatisfied with this type of service ..!!! shame on the sales team and Mr. Anand who remained ABSENT FOR THE DELIVERY DELIBERATELY …!!! Faulty vehicle was proposed purposely ..!!! Fraud Global motor Yamaha stadium road , Ahmedabad

    Worst service by Yamaha service centre Mr. Bharat desai is so arrogant and rude with the customer. It I have choice to give 0 stars i would give that. Highly not recommend this brand and this service centre. They not genuine they still parts from you vehicle

    whenever i visit their cg road branch they will wait me for the more than one hour and even after waiting for one hour they didn't tell you the actual problem in your bike. everytime they will told you that we need to change this part of your bike even the bike is not even one year old. before the one year of my bike r15 they told me change disc breaks, battery, chain etc such big parts of bike.

    Very poor response from service person team worst ever. Very pathetic service center of Yamaha here at Chandkheda. Staff is uneducated. They don't give proper response. They just tell to change spare parts even changed in before 1 month. Not accepting their mistakes at all. They Overcharged and irresponsible as well. P

    I have R15 Yamaha bike and i purchased from same branch. I always facing issue after paid service and they charged Rs.3000 charges per service. Still i facing each time issue in every 2-3 days after paid service. Think it before go with them. They always rude behaviour with customers. If bike issue resolve in 5 min then also they took 5 hours. Very bad and rude mechanicals and management staffs.     Good response from customer representative I visit here to service my R15 V3 s took from tamilnadu service representative give me proper detail about my vehicle I get my vehicle in single day morn 11:00 am left it and get it in 6:00 pm I really happy I LOVE YAMAHA

    Please do not trust this Yamaha sales and service just based on the looks and cosmetics, under the hood the sales and mostly services staff are not fully trained for a specific motorbikes or scooters (example AEROX 155), they mishandle your motorbikes, they don't even wash and dry your motorbikes using the Yamaha guidelines including the blow dryers, they will scratch your motorbikes during the routine service, they will leave your oil nuts loose where the oil will leak, and the staff in the service area runs around like headless chicken, they swear at each other and blaming the management for making them over work and underpaid, they will thrash and damage your motorbikes during the service, they will also over tighten the bolts and nuts (they do not follow Yamaha torque requirements for specific motorbikes when servicing (Yamaha Global Ahmedabad - Navrangpura - DO NOT CARELESS) Applying the correct torque to your cycle components is essential for a safe and serviceable bike. The reason I write this review because I trusted this authorized Yamaha service dealer and got my AEROX 155 serviced (first time), and took a ride inter-state towards Mumbai, and then in the middle of the highway my bike started to show engine issues, I checked the engine oil nut and the gearbox oil nut which were left loose by the untrained and incompetent staff at the service center and worse he had opened up an incorrect oil drain nut for the main engine instead of the master oil drain nut he opened up emergency oil drain nut and also left it loose. So the oil was draining (leaking) throughout my ride from Yamaha Global Navrangpura towards my journey to Mumbai, due to the fact that the engine could have abruptly stopped (oil leak) I had to seek for help in the middle of the highway and another Yamaha Authorized dealer nearby on the highway helped me out and repaired and re-serviced the bike following the Yamaha guidelines. Please DO NOT take your motorbike to Global Yamaha Navrangpura for any service - they simply do NOT care, despite my feedback to some Sales person the attitude of the sales person was unprofessional and he could not have cared for any customer feedback whatsoever, he instead blamed me to may have loosen up my own oil nuts in the middle of the highway (this was just a complete joke and ridiculous, why would a rider put himself/herself at the risk of blowing their motorbike engine in the middle of the highway). Anyways be warned - if you take your motorbike to this service dealer - expect scratches, expect your buts and bolts over-tightened or under-tightened and they do not follow any of the Yamaha motorbike manufacturers approved process for servicing!

    They are selling damaged vehicles to customers, staff will never tell you about it, and if you wish to talk about it then they will literally deny any previous knowledge about the same. Going Ahead with consumer forum for wrong business practice against the dealer and staff.

    Self start had broken in my bike, so I gave the bike to Bharat Bhai for service on Friday and despite having 2 years warranty, they are asking us for the money for the self start motor, even I went to their showroom on Friday for complaint. Today on Monday 09/10/23, I also emailed its Honor Kamil Bhai for a reminder but I did not get any response to any of my emails nor was my bike repaired. If any family in Ahmedabad wants to buy a bike, then my request is to never visit this showroom even by mistake. (Fraud Global Motor Yamaha Stadium Road, Ahmedabad)

    Visted this showroom to purchase bike , they have waiting in bikes which are newly launched or popular products so if you are planning to buy go there and give advance token. Overall it was nice experience with salesman he explained everything , they provide discount only if you are really buying the product that is at the time of purchase only.

    Don't buy bike from here they are charging extra money from you as per government they RTO charges are 6% of vehicles exshowroom price they will charge around 12% later when you ask they why? They will tell like sir isma agent charges and handling charges hai 6% vechical k great even when you complain to yamaha they will not listen so don't buy yamaha vechical

    Based on what I heard from friends who have bought a vehicle from this place, it seems their sales team is good and offer discounts and other perks. But after sales, service and mechanics are not upto mark.i heard lot of complaints while I was waiting at their service centre.

    Such bed service by global Yamaha motor i buy battery for bike they give me low volt battery at that time after 1.4 month battery goes down when i tell them this wrong fitment thats why thsi problem come now i want 5arm battery i ready to give extra money but they not ready.

    They do really care about the customers and understand the issues that's need attention. Till now I've used 2 free service and both of them were good. They did really manages to clean my bike properly and gave it back on time. Glad to have such great service center in Ahmedabad.

    Very bad service here, they don't give good service even after paying money, Yamaha should pay attention to this, They simply wash the bike, they don't check if there is any problem, I think the staff here is not properly prepared. #yamaha kindly look into this

    One of the worst service centre. They never solve your problem , i had problem of the carburator , and they done service only. Better than give your scooter or bike to the local experienced skilled mechanic , they will solve your problem. Wasted time and money. I doesnt feel like they done service at all. Parts are still making noice , just lubricating body and shining body , necer solving your problems.

    Worst experience at the first visit. I was ready to buy vehicle but they can not wait for an hour to deliver the vehicle and very arrogant answers by the employees. Don't visit if you are planing to buy any #yamaha vehicle.

    The mechanics in workshops are fantastic and always listen to the demands on replacements or repairs that I want on my 2009 Yamaha YZF-R15. Couple of times it has happened that I have got haphazard responses, but I can overlook those for their expertise.

    They really impress you at the time of sales, give you as many test rides you need, shower you with a hosts of services they provided. When I asked for "pick up and drop service for regular maintain" ( paid ) i was assured that at the time of delivery i would be given a contact of service person who'd arrange the facility. Also, i was assured i would get the number plate fitted at the time of first service. Now why these things are important is the service station is more or less 25 kms which is an hour worth of drive and office is 8-9 kms. Pick-up and drop would have been really useful to have my machine regularly maintained I was happy, made the booking payment and made the full payment in next couple of day. This is where the problems started, i made full payments on a Thursday as i needed the bike on Friday between 12-1 pm. After the final payment i told them to send me an affirmation when the bike is ready. I did not receive one and it was 8:30 pm on Thursday and on calling them from my side I received an answer saying the workshop was closed and the person did not have an answer ( to this i am a bit ashamed but i had to talk rudely for someone to answer my question) The next day i arrive on time but all the procedures took more than 1:30-2 hours of my time, which i was never told about. Also at the time of delivery i was profusely refused for the pick up and drop service which is a deal breaker for me but by now i had signed the delivery papers and some RTO paperwork. So technically the bike now was mine and i feel so cheated by the whole experience. To add to this I just had my first service today, and guess what the number plate is not yet installed on my bike 🥲. All in all first bike from Yamaha, real bad service experience. I'd probably sell this off in a matter of time and go with Bajaj, Honda or hero with which i have had far better experience.
