It is better to buy from somewhere else rather than purchasing from here. They don’t provide any bill for any purchase from their shop and they said they will have purchase a complete box to get a bill. Tennis cricket bats quality standard is very LOW Money laundering service I say Bats quality are worst for tennis ball We purchased 2 bats worth 4000 and both broke within 5-6 months When showed to owner, he says it's proper if bat has 5 months. Absolute ripoff of a place with unethical management. They lost few immediate and entire group of clients (sports/physiotherapy) today due to illogical reasoning. Editing after response from the owner: On the first day, as I unpacked the racquet the grip was torn, I came to the store and asked if this could be replaced, but then settled for you adding a new grip, as strongly convinced by you. In reply to your claims, Firstly, I played for 3 days after that and brought it across as the string were broken, I asked if this could be replaced, when you graciously showed me the ‘red’ mark which meant that the racquet was hit on the ground, I rubbed that mark off in front of you as we use a shuttle with a red bottom at which point you were speechless and insisted that you can change the strings (for which you were going to charge), without further discussions I had to leave as you mentioned that you had a close family member who has Covid so store will be closed and you’ll be quarantined, so I left as I didn’t want to risk myself being exposed to Covid. Secondly, I went elsewhere where they changed the strings for free, I hadn’t even bought it from them and they were happy to change the strings for me, while you graciously were going to charge me for that. Please stop with such practices. It was not about the money, but your continuous disgruntled behaviour.
