Superb hotel and superb management, I have arranged my sisters engagement in tribecca hotel vastrapur.i have booked banquet,15 rooms,and breakfast,lunch and dinner. The arrangement of banquets,rooms was superb,staff is too good. Excellent infrastructure,communication to all customers is also excellent,price of everything is also reasonable. Especially very much thank you to pramod sir,the director of tribecca hotel,which give a very respectfull answer to each and every customers. Thank you very much to Mr.sumit (chef),he have arranged superb management,breakfast,lunch and dinner was delicious,specially bullet kabab was superduper. And also thank u very much to all the staff of tribecca who have managed my all NRI guests in a very proper manner. In ahmedabad i will prefer this hotel compare to others. I will give ratings 100/100.

Bad service, Rooms are not worthy of this price range 1.We ordered hot water for drinking purpose, even after 2 hours there is no response from front desk. 2. We ordered breakfast in the first day even after one hour it's not ready, since then we started to take food from outside, ordered fd in online got within 45 minutes. (Tribecca inn restaurant is not recommended for those who want to reach their destination on time) 3. Every morning hot water is not available, if u wish to bath in the morning please inform the front desk on previous day they will give 1/2 bucket of hot water. 4. Kettle is not available in the room 5. For iorning 5 shirt they are charged 566 Rs.

The attitude of the recipient (who is guiding people to hotel from mall) was worst. He was abusing hotel manager infront of me and showing all the furstration to me. If hotel doesn't pay the money to staff they may screw your happiness. All the best Management. Guest please don't touch any eatables from room , I paid 45rs for a chocolate in which MRP for 25rs.

Very nice hotel. Room 409 I loved. It will remain in the memory for long. The area is posh with countless of eating joints and ice cream parlour and even yummy street food stalls. I will definitely want to stay here again. Break fast is buffet but of course don't expect something vast spread. It is still adequate. The big glass window inside the room offering a street view is awesome. Staff is also quite sober. We stayed for 6 nights in Sep 2019. Really a nice experience.

There is big scope for improvement. Rooms need to look fresh. Sofa to be cleaned. Centre table need renovation. Windows, curtains need replacing. Bathroom bucket & mug dirty. No hot water in room no. 202. Lift needs upgrade. Walls have leakage marks. Reception, approach good. Staff friendly. Breakfast good at the price. Overall cleanliness & hygiene needs improvement. Seems they are trying to improve. Best wishes.

After giving full payment and received tax invoice on makemytrip app, they said still ₹144 is pending..and I've wasted my hour at the reception counter arguing what you're going to charge those ₹144 pending amount of which reason and they don't have any answers of that pending amount..and second thing is I've ordered dal tadka and 4 rotis, they said you've also ordered paneer sabji and etc. which was ordered from another traveller..they said before verifying that you've to pay that bill. Such a worst experience..!! They've not a bit of knowledge of hotel management...Rudely talking..After I've showed them tax invoice of the same booking they stick to the point on that pending amount.. Seriously..!!!!! My train was on 10pm and i was left at 9pm from hotel premises...I've skipped my dinner because of that mess... Rooms was not also clean at all.. *****I Personally don't recommend this hotel, If you do then PLEASE CHECK YOUR FINAL BILL CAREFULLY AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT*****

Nice and clean rooms, breakfast and room service is also good. The location of the hotel is the plus point. You can get varieties of food just besides the hotel and soothing place like vastrapur lake just in front of the hotel.

We are booking this property from last 6 years in the name of shahi palace and found no problem rooms are spacious but this time we paid double the amount than earlier bookings, name and management is also changed in the name of treebo.. but we disappointed this time because there is record break summers in Ahmedabad in this year and room AC was not working properly it was continuosly electrically tripping in night (means switch off) and we complained to the desk people but they could not solve it and could not change our room also... second day there was no towel in the room, after asking about it they sent after 1 hour. dont know further we will book this hotel or not.. but this time we disappointed with it. giving u the room tour only

A budget hotel in vastrapur, ahmedabad. Situated just opposite the lake to Hyatt Vastrapur. Rooms are ok. Room service is a bit sluggish, same applies to laundry. Complimentary breakfast provision is there. Don't expect a spread in breakfast. Almost 30 min to airport. Rooms are ok. If you are going in winters, hot water supply may be a problem in the rooms. All in all an average hotel.

Avoid.Ill trained staff. Poor service. House keeping staff tried to tamper with the lock of my friend's suitcase .There is no clarity,coordination and communication among staff. It takes House keeping to provide tea sachets one hour.For Breakfast you are tossed around to different locations. The reception is on 1st floor but no one available on ground floor to carry your luggage or guide you about lift.Watchmen at entrance are very rude. Avoid at any cost.

With reference to this I would like to tell you that in room number 406 no water was there in morning, no bucket, no tumbler. Plus there was no tea maker machine in room. They have charged 1500 extra for early check-in considering total room rent of 6000 per room. So I paid 3000 for 2 rooms with no good facilities. Further, in other room bathroom jet was not working leaving me in pathetic situation. No response from reception except that they will take care next time. Never ever I will repeat treebo next time with this experience. Totally not satisfied with quality of room nor with services.

Lived here some days. Very good service. Convenient for foreigners. Tasty cusine. And its situated in the centre, so you can walk in the park, which is directly in front of the hotel!

It is located in the heart of the city. Totally loved this place. The service is amazing.. Staffs are very nice, polite and welcoming.... And talking about the food.. They cook delicious food and has a huge variety. Must visit this place.. It's highly recommended 👍👍

One of the best hotel ever I stay in ahmedabad.. It's in the center of the city.. The food is delicious as specially the non veg one..!!! The staff service is also fast and very helping

Hey guys !!! So i've just visited Sky Dine'z restaurant today.. it is just atarted like few days maybe ... They have just opened the rooftop restaurant. Ambiance:- near to vastrapur lake+fifth floor rooftop💯 after sun goes down this rooftop restaurant lights turns on you get damn beautiful view from up there Plus they have a big screen projector So u can enjoy your time there with food and entertainment And there arw lots of beautiful birds chirping🙈 Food:- food is also amazing ... I personally like VEG:- panner chilly & Veg Biryani was 💯 Non-VEG:- Chicken Kathi roll (must try) You can visit this restaurant with your friends and family... You can have a nice party over there too The staff over there so nice & cooperative!

Very nice hospitality and great food . Also great for family function in shahi banquet and sky dine'z roof top restaurant.
