Superb place. Feels like you are in luxurious library. And fee is also negligible around 3K annually for student reader. But awkward timing.Tues-Saturday 11AM to 7 PM , Sunday 10-5 PM and monday close. Not great time for students. Staff is real friendly and supportive. Never felt this level of staff anywhere. 99% Novels and movie CDs are in English language. But great collection!! And recreational events are also there.

Such 3rd class experience I had with the British Council. I have been waiting for my IELTS result. The entire staff of the British Council is pitiful, terrible, and dubious. Whenever I phoned them they dumped on me. In my life, I never saw this type of response. There is no responsible person to talk to regarding our problems. If you'll call them they'll not resolve your problem as it is needed. Now the situation is I don't have any way to get help.so, I am writing in this review section. I have more than enough proof that will help to solve my queries but they are not interested to solve an issue and listening. There is no mail id for the designated head or person who is in charge. Be careful guys read this review before taking a date with British Council.

British Council Library is in its 40th year in Ahmedabad and I came to know about it this year. After visiting it, I would like to say it is one of the best libraries in Ahmedabad. And with the events, workshops and programs organized by british council gives its subscribers results and satisfaction. The ambience of the place is too good to create creative atmosphere around you. Moreover it has all the resources for students as well as freelancers. In short, it is good decision to be a member of this library.

The library is fantastic but the staff here are the worst especially for teens who need to study here alone. They will be at your neck and destroy your entire mood to study. The fat and short man in the staff is worst and will always make you uncomfortable.

Best library for English books in all of Ahmedabad... Been a member regularly since over four years... Courteous staff, books and films well maintained, regular programmes as well... The beautiful view from the seats for in house reading is an added plus... Definitely recommend for bookworms

From back side building entrance lift is there. 4 and 2 wheelers parking is there. Nice people. If you go for IELTS remember signature on passport.

This is an Absolute fantastic place to visit for Library. As they have utmost COVID-19 Safety Measures so we can feel free to go and has an Absolute British Place environment in there.

A peaceful place to study plus the environment is very pleasant. Fees are 1000/- a month. Open till 11am to 7pm. Mondays off. No medical computer law books are provided here, IELTS books are available.

I had a terrible experience. I think more importance should be given on solving queries of students rather than a fancy ambience. There is an issue with my online result and I am not able to view it there is no useful contact number or staff to whom I can talk the ring just goes on....Not even contact number for specific city office is given....The ref number for my blue dart shipment is also showing error and I am so helpless rn. Absolute worst. IDP is way better. The communication is so poor and there is no help provided to student.

This is not a good place now . The previous law garden library was worth to take the membership. Since they have shifted to Vastrapur a lot of events from other schools like training of teachers or Chefs keep on happening. A lot of disturbance . The children section of the library is blocked many a times . It is too conjusted and chaotic at times . NOT RECOMMENDED! Not for students specially! This is a genuine review from a platinum member of this library since 2 years. Not renewing my membership again . Many members I know have left or have stopped coming for the same reasons

It is no longer in Vastrapur. These people should update the address as I had to commute a long way just to get disappointed.

Not deserve 1 star. very lethargic approach. Very poor Service. No timely respond. No coordination between team members of British council. One customer care executive written something, one customer care executive inform something difference. Very disappointed. Never suggest to take IELTS with British Council.
