Our
stay
at
this
hotel
was
disappointing
overall.
We
encountered
multiple
issues
from
the
start,
including
delays
in
TV
cable
recharge
and
a
complete
lack
of
hot
water
for
bathing,
resulting
in
inconvenience,
especially
for
our
child.
Despite
repeated
requests,
room
cleaning
was
neglected
by
reception
guy
Varun.
However,
amidst
these
challenges,
Preeti
madam
was
quick
in
addressing
our
concerns.
The
restaurant
staff,
notably
the
waiters,
provided
exceptional
service
with
humility
and
efficiency.
To
their
credit,
the
big
boss,
Sanjay,
took
note
of
our
complaints
and
took
action
by
the
third
day.
While
some
staff
members
were
attentive,
the
overall
experience
was
marred
by
multiple
service-related
setbacks.
