Our stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. We encountered multiple issues from the start, including delays in TV cable recharge and a complete lack of hot water for bathing, resulting in inconvenience, especially for our child. Despite repeated requests, room cleaning was neglected by reception guy Varun. However, amidst these challenges, Preeti madam was quick in addressing our concerns. The restaurant staff, notably the waiters, provided exceptional service with humility and efficiency. To their credit, the big boss, Sanjay, took note of our complaints and took action by the third day. While some staff members were attentive, the overall experience was marred by multiple service-related setbacks.

Location: Located at good location near kankaria lake. Room: Room was neat and clean with all modern amenities Food : Breakfast was included in tariff. Balanced meal with lot of choices. Staff: Staff was very helping. Thanks to receptionist She changed my room immediately on request. Highly recommended

Great location near Kankaria Lake. Beautiful site in Morning with unknown smiling faces cross each other. Staff are so generous. I love to mention some name who helped in my stay over there. One of them is Shalini Tiwari, who has a ever smiling face, helped me in booking and billing process. Shibdas Ghosal is a wonderful person, whom I interacted on Breakfast time. We communicated in Bengali. Jervis a very responsible person who take care of my luggage after my checkout as I have to catch the flight in night and i have checked out in Morning for Gandhi nagar Visit. Very bakwas receptionist, no sense how to talk with Guest. Today morning I reached at this hotel and was asking any room to have fresh but no respect nothing. Pls do not stay at this hotel. Hospitality wise Zero mark because of reception person this morning.

Stayed in G Express last month for 2 weeks, here is the comments:- pros:- - neat and well maintained - decent breakfast spread - food quality is good - next to kankaria so can go for walks - refreshing lime water kept at entry - the front desk was helpful - the owner lady was v kind and also gave few suggestions cons:- - sometimes get to see small cockroach in bathroom - the front desk needs greet well with the in room guests at least with a smile - school near by so can get up in morning by the sound of National Anthem & morning prayers - party hall at terrace & 1st floor which can disturb if you are early sleeper

Okay so here is my review. If you are single i suggest you not to stay here coz they will treat you like you are there to do something wrong. So I stayed here for 2 days On the very first day at my arrival I was asked weird questions Like I was local and they asked me to show my working I'd which I dont think it matters if I am there for my leisure purpose Then they allowed me to stay there. Room was very clean and superb Bathrooms were having cockroaches and they were also coming out of the Faucet And the bathtub took lifetime to fill it up and at the end I gave up on it. Than I went to the restaurant the food was average I would say. At the time of checkout they cleaned the room and found some mobile phone so the receptionist directly asked me like was it a dummy phone? Dude first of all its not mine second of all you can not ask your guests directly whether it is a real or dummy phone. Than I went to the restaurant to have my breakfast and I had taken the plate and was sitting on a table afterwards which i realise that my wallet was not with me so I went out to grab in and I informed the serving person over there that i will be back in 2 minutes. When I came back Guess what I found? Another guy was cleaning my table and when I came back he had put the sachets of teabags in my plate and lying to me that I can still have that food..... Dude I can see. Overall experience I would say don't go if you are solo otherwise they will treat you like you are there to do something wrong. Due to lack of AC cooling, changed rooms twice in 12 hours during the night 😡. No compo !.. Also, an utterly disgusting experience...Went to wash hands in the supposed "SANITISED" bathroom, opened the soap packet, and the soap bar was a used bar with someone's disgusting hairs on it, uggh ! Reply from staff, sorry.

Awful Experience – Stay Away! My friend and I had a reservation at this hotel, but due to unforeseen medical reasons, we were unable to show up. What followed was an infuriating experience with the hotel. Despite our several attempts to communicate the situation, the hotel displayed zero understanding or compassion. No flexibility, no willingness to accommodate. It's disheartening to encounter such callousness, especially during challenging times. Our recommendation: steer away of this place. A complete lack of empathy and customer service. Save yourself the headache and choose a more considerate hotel like Hotel Apricot or any hotel near riverfront. Even an OYO is better than this.

For a fine dine 5 star experience the restaurant at G express is amazing. Don't expect much of a service when going with family the smart choice is they have put QR code for order and water bottles complimentary with food. The food taste is amazing. Very clean and good ambience at hotel. I tried rumali roti, with daal Bukhara and rice & paneer sizzler with itlian soup with tomato base

Rooms are ok. I found it could be more clean. Inside restaurant doesn't have gujrati dishes which was disappointing for someone who want to taste gujrati dishes. Parking and locality is good , silent and near to stations.

There is a recepitonist , Varun Chouhan , he has been amazing througtout our journey , we stayed for 4 days , and they were so helpful . Pleased by the service , food and friendly nature . I must suggest you , if you are coming here then i personally request you to visit and stay here .

Stayed here for a couple of days. Nice location. Well laid out rooms. Has a good restaurant attached but serves only vegetarian fare. Would definitely suggest it to others.

We were staying at a different hotel and happened to visit the restaurant of TGB, and made a great choice for 31st eve. First of all, the ambience was really cosy and they served amazing food. The staff was courteous and service was good.

Worst service provided by Shoil was rude while I was checking out and even I got the suite there Jacuzzi is not working and also the Air Conditioner not working too. I will not recommend anyone.

Nice hotel. Neat n clean. Helpful and polite staff. But at night 1am i called for drinking water and they did not get. So had to go down to the reception to find out if they had a drought like situation!!!!!

So I booked a room for 5 days 4 nights and my booking confirmation told me check in was at 12. However to a change in travel plans I arrived at 5 in the morning and asked the hotel staff for an early check in at approx 6-8 am and I was willing to pay. They however proceeded to tell me the full price of the room which I paid online per day which they claimed as. They then told me this was the 1/2 day rate. And of course there is nothing to do near the hotel and no where to go so we had to wait in the lobby. I have had this challenge before and hotels I’ve stayed at have always understood that travel plans and times are sometimes unpredictable and they have been accommodating but this was a a first. It’s a ok hotel, but you won’t get that feel good factor. It’s a purely transactional place.

Rooms were good and clean But they did not provide normal drinking water which made 3 days stay for my guests miserable. They only had charged water bottles and no regular water. Which was absurd. They refused to refill their water bottles.! What kind of management policy is this ! Please check before booking.

Booked via hotel website though available on online with various portal and stayed 2 Nights. Initially we had an issue with cooling in central A.C. system but upon reporting it's managed n we have been shifted. Overall good place to stay n loved their Indian Style Pizza ordered in room and good Mexican food like tacos n jalapeño poppers etc to name a few. Breakfast spread is average in terms of choice but again compare to cost they charge it's worth for sure. Ladle but not the least staff at hotel is nice and accommodating and responsive in their capacity at best right from reception to housekeeping .
