This outlet is immensely crowded on weekends. On weekdays, during the time interval of 7-8pm, you can face crowd. The burger was dry (can barely even taste the sauce), the fries with piri-piri tasted like paradise and the coke float was great. Order preparation took longer than usual becuase of the long queue. Also, you can download the McDonalds App (not the mc delivery one), and after registering and stuff, you get coupon codes, which you can use while billing and stuff like discounted meals, of 2 medium fries @99 can be redeemed throught the app.

So I went to this place recently!! Temperatures check and Sanitisation at the entry!! Coming to food I have ordered hot chocolate coffee and maharaj paneer cheese burger with some fries and coco cola!! Burger was good but little bit on expensive side!! Hot chocolate was very good!! Coca-Cola has no quantity of serving size!! Fries was just ok!! You can visit their if you are craving for some good burgers 🍔

Today I visited this place ..they have enough securities to remainde wear your mask ..very clean place and good service .... quality of food is good and best ... Don't visit on weekend ... because on weekend come lots of peoples ... Thank you☺️

Highly dissatisfied with my order Mac Spicy Paneer combo. That contains two pieces of bun, one single slice of paneer, one and a half price of lettuce with little spicy sauce. (Small fries + Choco mud pie shake*) That was so disgusting burger i ever eat before in this category. They charged me almost 400 for this bakwas thing. Also waited for that choco mud pie shake* for almost 7-10 minutes... I'm serious yes.!!! I eat Mac Spicy Paneer before other stores/outlet but, here it is very very disgusting and i will never eat anything in this specific outlet. Highly dissatisfied.

Had Visited this many times before and also visited this recently. The food quality is As per McDonald's standards. Ambience is quite good and on the Saturday there was traffic but not too much. ordered on the kiosk and it was smooth sailing afterwards. Also, due to traffic preparation took some time more than usual. The best thing I love about McDonald's are their piri piri fries and freshly carbonate Coke. You won't get the same taste of Coke anywhere else even in the Coke Glass Bottle or Tin. The Management can be slightly improved to handle the rush during the weekend.

I am posting this review to bring notice to the management of MC Donald's that they are doing wrong by not allowing straws with the cold drink. As we all know the cold drink is flooded with ice cubes and now they are not providing straw also. May be they are wishing to save 1-2 rupees by this. I hope this reaches somewhere

The McD in Nexus Mall is good. Service was very quick even on a weekend. Good food, near and clean place. But just a suggestion you might avoid playing the music, no one's listening 😉

I went to the mcd at Ahmedabad one. I do not expect that service from this franchise. I really want to share my incident that people who gave service to me is totally wrong. They were working like someone forcing them to do even though they just act like customer is nothing. I feel that disrespect in mcd. I ordered more than 5 different order but even service from working people were zero. I never suggest that place any more. Mcd need to replace the people for good service.

Coffee was good. But McDonald outlet AC was not working at all, we have asked employees to switch on it for some time but they didn't given any response and unfortunately we have to drink our coffee without any mood. It use to be my happy place but no more...@mcdonaldsvastrapur

Don’t know why but my experience was decent not so great over there and still needed to improve the service and the ventilation and air conditioner was not well and was not working. And one more thing was payment option and that was their Card machines wont support or working NFC (Wifi)enabled cards 💳so it is lil bit weird experience while paying. And yes if you are paying in cash 💵so you also gonna face the change 🪙 issues.😑 And the final feedback about the food 🥘: so it was not also that great, the french fries 🍟 was not fresh and really i loves mac-d’s fries and here I don’t liked that much so need to check this points too.

I love McDonald's, this particular branch employees are very lazy. my experience are not good they took 40 mins just for making burger. And their queue also not in manner after getting the token we were waited so long and the ppl who comes after me they get their food earlier. When I asked McDonald's employee he replied we served first who give big quantity order.

The person at the till though I showed a debit on Paytm told me that the money will be refunded in 10 min first and said to pay again .. the manager or her couldn’t provide me a credit note or some proof that there will be a credit ..until now no credit . It was just under 500 Rupees so it was not worth wasting my energy but ethically it was absolutely wrong and incompetent staff !!!!

Didn't liked the food. It was cold and not tasty. Way below the quality of McDonald. Coffee section was good. Coffee maker know his thing and very good and cautious in making order. Place was crowded and not well cleaned.
