The food was decent, with some dishes hitting the mark and others falling short. The menu offered a good variety of traditional Pakistani options, but some lacked the depth of flavor and authenticity I was hoping for. Service: This was the most disappointing aspect of my visit. The service was unattentive and slow, impacting the overall dining experience. It was difficult to get the staff's attention, and requests often took a long time to be fulfilled. Ambiance: The restaurant's ambiance was unremarkable. The decor lacked any real character, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit sterile and uninviting. Staff: Unfortunately, the staff did not contribute positively to the experience. They were unfriendly and unhelpful, which only further detracted from the enjoyment of the meal. Overall: While the food at Wah Ji Wah had some redeeming qualities, the poor service and uninspiring ambiance ultimately left me with a negative impression. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. Here are some potential improvements that Wah Ji Wah could consider: Improving the service: Train staff to be more attentive, friendly, and efficient. Enhancing the ambiance: Create a more inviting and authentic atmosphere through decor, music, and lighting. Focusing on consistency: Ensure that all dishes consistently meet a high standard of quality and flavor.

Situated near the Salmiya garden, it is the best restaurant in salmiya for having paratha's. Must try their aloo and khema paratha's. My favorite is the hot khema paratha.

It's was one of good family restaurant in vincity of salmiya. I had dinner 2016 at that time food was awesome and best, CHAPLI KABAB, MUTTON KHADAI, was best and authentic, KHADAI was prepared in fresh mutton. But not level of the taste is degrading. They had made family area as a common dinning area just a normal curtains is very upset for families now...

Good restaurants for Pakistani food but still issues for family sitting. Kashmir Tea is famous but there's too much rush you can't get Kashmiri tea. Crawded with bechlare.

If you like spicy food then it’s a good choice, otherwise I won’t recommend this place if you can’t tolerate spicy food. They have family section also, place is clean but a bit old.

We ordered Saag,Fry Chirga and Haleem. The quantity of the food has been decreased comparatively to its rate. The taste of haleem was reasonably better than saag and Fry Chicken. The milk tea was good one and creamy.

It's a good place for family and friends on low budget - food quality is satisfactory but taste is good - A good dine in occasionally on off days.

It used to be one of my favorite place to eat. Mutton Kadai, tandoori roti, alo parata and Naan used to taste good. Things changed and food don't taste the same anymore and on top of all that, they served a reheated rubbery tandoori roti.

  • 4/5 Muhammad A. 2 years ago on Google
Above Pakistani average food mostly at a below average price I would recommend brain misala and motton karahi. Remember to ask the chef to over cook mutton karahi, should you go for that... Taste for some of the other items i have tried like keema could be a lot better, staff can be abrupt and ambiance is a bit lacking- but then again where else would you go for Pakistani food in salmiya?

Not capable for 1 star also, they serve you stale food and if you complain then they start arguing with you. Also they charge more money out of the menu because we returned there stale chicken biryani.

Average food with worst service. My salad was prepared 1day before with bad smell from onion. 3 of our friends came and enquired about paya, they said 1 kd. While billing they asked to pay 1.250 kd for sharing with friends ( quite etc quantity). When complaint they are justifing it

Its a Pakistani resturant in Kuwait its top of the others. I couldn't find any good Pakistani restaurants in kuwait all are average. This restaurant clean and friendly staff food presentation was good. I ordered chicken kadai, Mutton kaday, and dal fry. Chicken kaday little hard chicken pcs and gravy average, mutton kaday meat cooked perfect but gravy average, dal fry was amazing its nice taste balanced masala one of the must try item. There you will get fresh jelabi its also fantastic taste. Price wise is medium category affordable price charged. You can park car on left side plenty parking area. Sitting inside and outside available.

For meat lovers it's a must to try their Gosh Kadai and Kheema Naan. Conveniently located on the road side, it's the ideal spot to pickup meals.

  • 4/5 Ahmed Z. 6 years ago on Google
Had excellent and inexpensive Prata in the morning. One egg, one potato, and one regular. Like others have mentioned don't go for the ambiance (tiny and crammed indoor space, cheap chairs and tables outdoors, not the cleanest place). Regardless, will be back for more, but likely take-out.

Unique & tasty Kashmeri Chai! Also tried their chicken Charga & chicken Haleem both excellent. Chicken fried rice was below average…
