Worst place no one have time to attend the customers, no values on treating a valuable customer. I would really highly recommend all to visit Shonak Toyota bavdhan pune, they really treat you well in all terms, from enquiry to service. They always take care of their valued customer like a family. Which we will never get it here at wasan Toyota ahmednagar. I love Toyota for their services n treatment. But wasan Toyota ahmednagar was a big disappointment never ever gonna visit. Would buy n take my loved Toyota to Shonak Toyota hence forth.

I had a horrible experience of taking my Etios car to 3 different toyota service centres in a matter of 30 hrs. Started with Wason Toyota Ahmednagar on 25 Dec 23 for routine annual service wherein I paid rs 8318. Started for goa next day and had to take the car enroute to Sharayu toyota Baramati as the fuel filter clogged indicator started to glow after moving 40 km. There I was told that the fuel filter was not cleaned at Wason Toyota. So they cleaned the filter charged rs 149 and after moving 30 kms had to again stop at sonak toyota Kolhapur as the fuel filter clogged indicator again started to glow. There I insisted on replacing the fuel filter which was done and thereafter there was no further problems. I was charged rs 3309 for replacementoffuel filter, and some fuel additives. The entire fiasco costed me additional money in terms of service charges, additional fuel , wastage of 3 hrs in the trip and mental agony. Unprofessional behavior on part of 2 of 3toyota service centres. Request the company to look into my grievance please. Thanks Ashish Malviya
