Last time they played game with Food. This time, it's with Check out Amount. I came here with Goibibo. Counter men Double Charge the Amount while Check out. Definitely it is one of the Good choices in hotels in Ahmednagar as it is close to Highway. It is first choice, but People who Work here are not much interested to help customers.

Not too good for eating purpose 😑😑, service not good at all 8 persons bill goes up to 1109₹ minimum .......also need to improve the food quality as well as quantity..do not go to ruin a special day , interior is no doubt good but the moto people go in hotel is to eat.

If you are going for having a meal, pls avoid this hotel. I visited recently & got disappointed. Many food items from menu card were not available. Food was very spicy. Ice cream was also frozen just like the ice. Just did not like the whole experience.

Excellent Hotel. Very warm and cooperative staff. Made all arrangements as per our requirement as we had 2 naughty kids along with us. We stayed here on our way to Shirdi (85 km away from here).

Positive points- 1. Its near to highway 2. Chekin and checkout process is smooth. 3. They provide extra things such as beding or towels only during checking time hastlefree. 4. The room is clean. Negative points- 1. No hot water supply in washroo. 2. Insufficient toiletries. 3. Electricity is a mojour concern 4. The iteams in the washroom such as mug and buckets are not at all in good condition 5.

Called today to reserve a room in this Hotel. Mr. Sameer was so pathetic to take reservation on call. Just in a courtesy I asked him will I able to get a discount for booking directly. His answer is, I cant i have rule and cant give you anything. I asked why are you being rude. You can just say that this is the best price I can offer. Asked If I can speak to your front office manager, before completing my sentence he says I don't have his number. Very rude. In straight words he said to me go to another Hotel. Handling customer calls very pathetic. I think Mr. Sameer needs lots of training or he doesn't belong to the Hotel Industry. This hotel will lose business because of this person. It was a pleasant stay. I visited wid my family. Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff was polite and friendly. Complimentary breakfast which they provide has variety of dishes. Overall a good experience.

Rooms are good but restorant food quality was not upto the mark.

One the most pathetic hotel... Rooms are ok but stinking, bathrooms are not clean, and very important staff is very very rude. Never try to even think about staying in this hotel.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Staff is always friendly. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Previously had good experience but yesterday noticed too much cockroaches in bathroom, common pasage, in room, so not feel hygiene at all.

Stay is ok ok not so good not so bad we had taken ac deluxe room but later on it was not working so we got the refund by paying rent of non ac deluxe also talking about complimentary breakfast they served was upma,dosa,uttapam which was not again tasty the service here is pathetic of the restaurant

Good place to stay in ahmednagar. Its in the highway. Easy to reach. Food is also good.

Overall a good experience only, but due to laundry towels and other bedding are in pretty bad condition.
