One
word
to
describe
the
experience
here
is
P
A
T
H
E
T
I
C.
To
start
with,
I'd
chosen
this
place
to
celebrate
my
Mother's
61st
Birthday,
quite
an
emotional
event
where
you
want
to
focus
on
facilities
rather
than
negotiating.
First
visit
to
the
place,
and
We
were
quite
impressed
with
the
humbleness
of
the
manager.
But
that
was
the
only
time
I
saw
any
gentle
behavior
from
the
staff.
On
the
event
day
it
all
started
to
go
downhill
1)
I
had
to
ask
the
staff
to
serve
water
to
guests.
That
too
after
a
delay
of
90
minutes.
Yes....
for
90
minutes
the
staff
didn't
bother
to
serve
water
to
guests.
2)
When
I
asked
water
to
be
served
they
deployed
1
waiter
to
serve
water
to
100+
guests.
How
efficient!!!!!!
3)
When
I
asked
the
waiter
to
serve
starters
at
1230hrs,
he
bluntly
told
me
it
was
his
manager's
call
to
tell
him
to
serve
starters.
Well,
I
always
thought
1230
was
decent
time
to
start
your
meals,
but
not
the
staff
at
V
star.
4)
The
equipments
in
their
banquet
hall
were
all
malfunctioning,
and
the
manager
was
absolutely
unapologetic
for
the
same.
Why
should
he!!!!
It
was
my
crime
to
have
chosen
the
venue.
5)
The
only
silver
lining
in
an
otherwise
darkest
cloud
was
the
food.
It
kinda
compensated
for
all
the
horrendous
services.
And
that's
the
only
reason
the
place
fetched
the
lone
star
they
earned
from
me.
To
summarize,
you
can
visit
the
place
for
food
but
NOT
AT
ALL
for
any
special
occasions
unless
you
want
to
see
all
your
efforts
being
spoiled
by
an
insensitive
and
unapologetic
bunch
of
guys
who
don't
bother
about
maintaining
an
image
by
creating
good
memories
for
you.
