My family visited here for about 100 of times in past 10 years whenever we've traveling to Pune. But recently, we'd experienced worst thing that was misbehaving of Staff Manager or (Captain-they Say). He talked so rudely to us that I can't describe. Good memories ruined due their bad behavior 😔

We had dinner over there but beleive us it was a horrible experience.They didn't know the recipe for breads and vegetables,food was tasteless,bread which they serve was missing with basic pre requisites.Paneeer butter masala was no where a pbm... When we confronted they didn't paid any ears to listen and came up with an excuse " hamare ahmednagar me to esa hi hota he"Such a blunt statement,we somehow managed it.Further ,when we asked to boil half litre milk ( for my baby) provided by us, we received 100 - 150ml in return, now this was something which was beyond our tolerance and we again confronted them for this. We compromised to our food quality but how can anyone make a compromise with the baby's milk? Now we had argument with them n again it was unprofessional answers.... We left the place and had dinner n Milk in the other hotel. So, what more is left to appretiate such staff n hotel...

One of the worst experience i had. Staff is very rude. Specifically cash counter manager . For lodging. I personally offer more amount but he refused due to his egoistic behaviour Worst experience don’t visit

It seems they have renovated recently. The ambiance is very good. The food is also nice. It’s on highway so a good option while traveling to or from pune. Try their paneer butter masala.

Food and ambience is awesome. Tried Veg and non-veg food items and each one of them were really awesome. Starters are really good and must try Paneer Kabab, Veg Paratha, ungli baba Kabab, Chicken Tandoori

Sufficient Staff, but didn't give Order placed, & other Requirements as fast Expected,As Group Tour It was past 12.30 Am. & had to Reach Pune, soon. Bore Drinking Water,that's why had to purchase Water Bottles - Not good Sign. Himanshu Sankhye. Critic.

Overall good dining experience.. Good and wholesome food. Courteous and attentive staff. Smoking in a non smoking area was a nuisance though.
