Me and mywife have had very bad experience with this Apple store because they seem like they are too bothered to answer any questions. We had the same experience on twice store visits with different queries, so it can't be called coincident by any means. If you really want to try customer experience, then you can visit Durgapur's iTech Store Junction Mall, you will understand the difference yourself. How good is their behaviour and how sincere is their customer dealing. A prospective buyer of an iPhone certainly does not expect such type of casual and unprofessional customer dealing. Where today's market is moving forward with focus on buyers market along with customer delight and of course there is some more addition with brand value. Store staffs are neither co-operative nor helpful, got iphone 14 original cover for more then ₹5000 cover got faded & disfigured within 15 days staffs denied to entertain and said talk to apple customer “ our job is to just sell”

The service provided by them is really poor if you have any warranty/ repair issues. We had purchased an Apple Ipad from them and discussed about repairing a Mac book. For selling the IPad, they asked for giving the non working Macbook to them within 3 days. But after delay of mere 3-4 days, when we reached there, they started making excuses to give laptop to them after Laxmi Puja( after one month). We requested several times to help but they refused to keep the laptop with them saying it may be stolen/lost from our shop and started saying they have faced these issue in past. Can you believe these words???? We asked them to co-operate but very politely they refused again and again and I had to bring it back. This is the service they will provide after you have any warranty/repair issues even after you agree to pay Rs 1600 against transportation and insurance for transit to authorised service center to kolkata. It may happen with any genuine buyer. Hope it will help all. A genuine review from a genuine buyer...

I was a bit confused at first about purchasing a Apple watch through iTech asansol. So before making any purchase I contact their employee. The guy explain the entire process in detail and by the end of that conversation I decided to move forward with the purchase. From that point on everything went exactly as described . The whole experience was awesome, and I would recommend buying through itech to anyone. A huge thanks to the entire itech team.
