Lots of Toto Rickshaw they will disturb you calling to hire their vehicle. Dusty not cleaned properly. Proper attention should be given for maintaining cleanliness. A rail flyover is needed urgently as there is a rail crossing. Visitors have to wail for long in the rail crossing as this route is main rail route connection North Bengal And to some extent Jharkhand and Bihar.

Very crowded place . Railways should prepare over bridges as most of time traffic is stuck with gates closed. As the route is busy even if the gates are open people are clamoring to get past each other . Same is happening with cars and other vehicles adding to the jams. Poorly controlled by traffic man. No discipline being shown by the Public.

From the bus station any body can go every local areas and also local town like RAMPURHAT , SURI , RAGHUNATHGANJ etc. But here have not any waiting hall. It is the main problem for this place . Here have beautiful nature and comfortable company for journey. I live outside of this place.
