Best place to buy a new bike their staff is very humble and polite ....the management of handling the customer is too good ..we bought a new hero glamour on emi .. their dedicated finance department was very accurate ..I can say that if ur thinking to buy any vehicle u can go there without any doubt.

after sale service is so poor, service executive's behavior is so bad.never expect this from well reputed showroom. I have bought 3 vehicals from this show room till date, verry poor support and service.

The service department behaves in a very irresponsible way and thinks that customer has no choice. However, I have spoken to authority Mr. Nileshbhai. He has assured for good service. Let me see, what happens. Two boys were sent to resolve issue within one hour that is a good move. However, both of them tried their level best to find fault with me. After 20 to 25 minitues they could start the vehicle. Evening again it did not get started in spite of 35 to 40 kicks. I called the sevice centre it was switched off. I called Manish who came to repair he asked me to talk to Nileshbhai again. I dont know what to do now. Anyway I will try it 2morrow and decide what to do next. *************************** 7th August 2020 Finally with the intervention of Nileshbhai, the vehicle was taken back to workshop and this time they did a good job. Now the vehicle is working well. Thanks to Nileshbhai and the team. Hope to get good service in future as well. I appreciate the work of Horizon. I request to Nileshbhai to guide and instruct the service workshop team to be polite and provide good services to the customers as everybody will not be able to reach Nileshbhai for all work.
