Stay - 4 nights (long stay) - Super small room with no latch in both the washroom & bathroom. - The house keeping staff would use their master card, and enter your room to surprise you. (They knocked twice / thrice in a time span of 5-10 seconds and entered using their card). I was busy attending an office meeting, with my headphones on. Imagine being a COUPLE. The reception would support the staff and say, this is how we’re supposed to do. - The breakfast on all 4 days was the SAME. Imagine having the SAME items in a buffet for 4 days straight. Some being re-heated and served. - The reception is at the 1st floor and their lift does not work without the room card. Imagine having a partner and not being able to carry the room card. Each time you’ll have to reach out to the reception to help you reach the upper floors (above 1st). - The restaurant would deny having anything available other than bread and butter or a tomato sandwich, each time you call them to order something on being hungry. - The gymnasium has NO equipments, other than treadmills. Just one seat bench / chair with handful of weights. - Cleanliness wise the hotel was good. - Safety wise it was good. - Safe car parking would be available. - Good self-service laundry. - Nice hotel structure (except ROOMS). This is my first time writing such a big review, but I had to. In the end, my HARD EARNED money was spent here, and others would do the same :) Cheers🥂

I stayed here for a business trip with a couple of colleagues. Let me start with the check in time. 3 pm? And you call yourself a business hotel!? Unbelievable! People traveling for business can't wait till 3 pm to check in. Secondly, the rooms. In the name of making them compact, you have made them cramped and congested. There is no place to keep your luggage and clothes. The bathroom and toilet are so small that you will become claustrophobic even if you are not. Sharing such a small room with anyone can be a nightmare. Btw, the TV remote in my room had only one battery cell. And there was a problem with the door lock, which was addressed by the staff. The breakfast spread is decent but they need to have at least three people in the restaurant while the breakfast service is on.

Cozy room. Decent breakfast but could have been better. I asked for bread, was told its over, where as it was still within breakfast hours. Staff polite and helpful. Bathroom could be cleaned better, no toilet roll given unless asked. Shower gel was empty, was provided on request. After housekeeping still used towel and used pillow cover was left behind in the room, among my used clothes, on luggage rack. Tea coffee and water was provided.

While on a road trip took a halt at Pune and tried this hotel. Major disappointment it is. I chose superior deluxe room with breakfast. Let me give you a picture of reality. Room was cramped , congested. Bathroom is so compact and claustrophobic. There is space in bathroom door. You can smell it in whole room. Bathroom door has all fingerprints marks. Uncleaned. If visiting for professional trip try choosing other and if not try getting out asap. Don't bring luggage they don't have space! Nothing express its all cumbersome. Wall of room are made of cardboard. U can totally feel and hear people in nearby rooms. Planning a private trip with your partner be careful other person can hear it! I heard someone walking in my room @ 3 am. Woke up with jumpscare. It was person in my adjacent room. ( I am serious) 😂 Let's come to breakfast. We walked there around 8:30. After three request of table cleaning we got clean table to sit. Idli not fresh. Podi over, ghee not available, coconut chutney too runny. Papaya overripe sausage dry, omelette cold, eggs cold, sprouts had uncleaned service spoon, muffins stale, sandwich was ok. Croissant was good. But we just had one as it got over. They were not able to manage the service and order. Staff was confused and impolite. I had to ask for egg sunny side up for 5 times and when I actually got it was loaded with moist salt that too in excess. I didnt even ask for salt. My husband had three big lumps of salt. Poor guy! Tea and coffee was good. But mugs were chipped. So overall hell of a an experience. This hotel should be named as unholiday ! You will instantly get out of your holiday mood if you step in here. Dear management team please don't thank me for my feedback. I don't want to come back and ruin my stay.

One of the best Micro Self Serve Hotel Experiences I have had in India. Starting from the NO CONTACT Self Check In Kiosk to the well sanitized common pathways. I found Holiday Inn Express Pune to be a very well sanitized Hotel. The rooms for one was adequate enough, with the Shower cubicle just a few feet away from the Bed. The wash basin to was outside and it gave the room a very compact feel. Overall the room was super clean and even had a decent view. The TV and Internet worked flawlessly. The Spread of the Morning Buffet is amazing and was the highlight of my stay here. I never expected such hospitality and such a wide spread menu at the Breakfast. From local Indian cuisines to a MYO Omelette Counter , fresh juices and fresh from the in house Bakery. I would definitely recommend that you stay here if you're close to the Pimpri Chinchwad Area. I look forward to coming back soon

This hotel of Holiday express inn group is situated near Ambedkar Chawk, Pimpri near the PCMC. The hotel reception and the restaurant are on the first floor. The rooms are there on the first to the fourth floor. All of the rooms are of the same size and style. As per the size, the rooms are very small and the wash room area is extremely small and the toilet and bathing area are separated with the wash basin outside the same. But the rooms are neat and clean. Due to the small size of the wash room and the wash basis, one has to encounter the water spillage issue from there which is really annoying. The bed is comfortable and there are good numbers of plug points inside the room. However, it is better to stay for a small duration here. The restaurant looks good from the aesthetic point of view but it should have been more airy with less number of chairs on a larger area which is a little uncomfortable in case of large gatherings. The buffet breakfast menu has some basic items only and needs to be improved by a lot. The dinner buffet menu is very poor and has no variety at all which is included in MAP that too lasts only till 10:00 pm sharp without any tolerance. As a traveler with MAP package, I expect a call from the restaurant for dinner if they are closing but that is missing. The staff members of the restaurant need to be soft and much more cordial than they are right now and should be good listeners. The front desk members need to be more professional. The housekeeping staff members were good and polite. This hotel has a gym, two conference rooms on the ground floor with some very basic facilities. It seemed to me more of a holiday and students' hotel for a short stay than being a business hotel.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn was simply outstanding. The hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and welcoming experience was evident from the moment I arrived. The rooms were immaculate, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere exuded warmth and hospitality. Good location, good ambience, worst service. Service & cleaning people will open your room door without your permission when you leave the room(personal experience) and will keep it open and leave it until you return to the room. The managers are trying to solve every problem but their limit is constrained. Take care of yourself and your goods if you go here. Morning food is free,for business trips and others. All of the above information is my personal experience and nothing exaggerated.

The rooms are small and adequate for business travellers. No alcohol on the room service menu or the buffet. The towels don't appear clean and they provide one per room. what's the need to be stingy with towels when guests will invariably ask for another? The dinner buffet was cold and the food was adequate at best. Very disappointing for the reputation of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was crowded, which is expected. More hands to manage the buffet would be useful. The room service menu had a variety of items, 95% of which were not available. The one sandwich that was available was amateur. Had to wait for dinner which was cold and disappointing. The staff needs more training in hospitality like etiquette on entering rooms. I don't need room service staff surveying the room. Even small requests like toiletries took half an hour to be complied with. Business travellers do not have that kind of time. There was a small issue with the booking details that needed to be changed. This isn't unusual as most business travellers do not do their own bookings. In spite of 5 reminders at the front desk, the change was not made. Would avoid this hotel which stands simply on its name and not on service.

Worst hotel staying experience, hotel works on NO service policy at all. To start with the landline number provided online doesn't work always, however some how once you reach the hotel, the room is not prepared. Even after informing about the arrival time. And about the service, I had to carry the plates from the pantry to my room, also room service to clean the room will come anytime in the day they prefer. The size of the room will not match the kind of amount paid. And the best part after all this when i checkout the lady standing at the reception was so rude and careless, it seems like she knew that what kind of experience customer had and she can'tdo anything about it. This the best part every now n then you will another customer sharing the same experience. 😡😡😡

I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express Hinjewadi before, but the service in Pimpri was very disappointing. I had booked the room for 2 for 2 nights. After check-in we realised there was no toilet paper in the washroom, only one coffee mug instead of 2. The kettle was unplugged and we were not able to put it in the socket. After trying for a while we called at the reception to fix it, but till 2hrs nobody attended. Luckily when we were leaving in the evening we found an engineer in passage and got it fixed. Before leaving we informed at the reception to keep a coffee mug and we need toilet paper when we are back. Late in the evening when we were back, we were shocked to see our room open, though our luggage was intact. They had kept the coffee mug and toilet paper and left the room open. Next day before leaving I requested at the reception to refill the tea/coffee, clean the room and to make sure the room is closed. But to our utter dismay the room was left open even on the second day. They didn't check our temperate even once, which is very unexpected considering we were coming from a different state. Guests are already compromising on the size of the room as its a business hotel and paying more just for a good and hygienic service. Many low budget hotels offer bigger rooms and better service than this. We had chosen to stay in Holiday Inn for their service, but we had a very bad experience in Pimpri, Pune. Not expected from IHG hotel.

Rooms are very congested and not justifying with the price. We stayed with family and don't know how we survived in that congested space.our room was in 1st floor on the same floor of restaurant that's the only convience we have.Breakfast buffet is also normal.May be that's a pure business hotel and we had made a wrong choice but they would have reduce the cost.They are proving laundry and gym service in the hotel

Nice clean and hygienic place to stay. Rooms bit small but worth the price. Not very costly food in the restaurant. Very good for short business trips stay. Located at prominent pimpri chowk. Close to Metro line. Metro station at walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby

Excellent service in the hotel. I was not feeling well on the first day and the manager Ashish, and his team (Chetan) took good care of me. They got medicines from a local pharmacy and ensured that my stay was comfortable. Felt really good and I recovered v fast. It was so good to see specially abled people in the Express Cafe. They were serving with such a bright smile, specially Avinash. Keep up the good work Team Holiday Inn Express Pimpri!!

This was IHG and absolutely similar to Oyo rooms. Nowhere near the brand of Holiday Inn. Cleanliness is okay and hygiene maintained. Rooms are for single occupancy and not twin sharing.Good for college grads who get ready for their first jobs. Value for money - ???.

A quality stay with Holiday inn express Pune. They have tried to create a modern hotel with and express check-in and checkout facility and particularly aimed at short stays and quick facilities. star to room service was Good. I Got disappointed by the food quality and regular repeated Menu in Breakfast. Reception or Buffet is the only Area I liked most. It is specious and hygienic. Got excellent check in check out service from reception staff specially Miss Akshata ma'am. Very Generous and Polite lady. 5 star to her behaviour. But One more thing that troubled me a lot is lift. That was not working at all. Please remove the card swiping system all the times.

I stayed at this property for one night, went on an offical trip. The package with room rent, dinner and breakfast inclusive of taxes was about 4800. Service was prompt and polite. Food was tasty. There is parking at the property as well. Now the bad part. The rooms are very small. The bathroom and toilet are even smaller.. so much that the sink is in bedroom. One can only just stand in the bathroom. To me this is a deal breaker at that price point. If you wish to stay here.. Check the room before booking, so you are not disappointed.

Rooms should be a little spacious. Not enough room to accommodate 2 persons in a double bed sharing. Leaving that, Service is good and hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is also good.

Washrooms and toilets are very small. Else everything is Comfortable... The positive is a delicious breakfast with many options. Hotel too have a common laundry and guests can utilise it as self service. Suggestion to Hotel : Though rooms are fitted with Smoke sensors and No Smoking signs are also displayed inside the rooms but smokers are using room toilets. Kindly ensure sprays or other aromoa spreading ways are used to eliminate the foul smell.

Stayed here for a business visit. Rooms are good but very compact in size and may be suitable for single occupancy. They should have given sufficient space for the washroom. Breakfast and food is ok.

Nice option to stay for a single person especially if its a business trip. The rooms are compact, washrooms are too small. But this is how the other Holiday Inn Express hotels are. It is located at a very prime location at Pimpri right behind PCMC. Ideal for all the industrial visitors. The reception is located in the first floor. The check in formalities took place smoothly. The staff was polite. Complimentary breakfast is served at a restaurant right behind the reception. The food was below average. Unfortunately during my stay the TV was not working, so i was asked to change my room which i had to refuse as i was already settled in the current room. They hava a fitness centre in the ground floor. Ample parking is available. Overall a decent stay.

Loved the place. Ample parking. Clean, comfortable and functional rooms. May seem a bit small at first sight but the room is very cozy and has all you'd need for a short business trip. Breakfast and dinner was really sumptuous and delicious. Staff is very helpful and professional.

Though the rooms are compact and suitable for business stays, service is pretty good. I had experienced issues with molds in the bathroom, food not being as per claimed standards and stained bedsheets when I just checked in. On raising a complaint, the team took quick measures to resolve all the issues in a very short while and made my stay comfortable. Everything is good except the choices of food. Not so much elaborate menu. Pricing is good and location is suitable if you are visiting Industrial locations like Chakan, Bhosri etc. Provides washing and laundry by self without extra charges. Over all value for money. Internet connection is mostly troublesome.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Small rooms but good enough for single person or couple. Dinner was not that great. You can go for dinner I. Near by resturants .

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express chain for the first time. Overall it is okay if you don't have any other options. For me , it was 4K/day , but at that price you can get much good properties than this. Since this time my travel was little unplanned and at the last moment I don't have any other options. Postive : Breakfast is good . Staffs are very good and accommodating. Negative : Rooms are too much compact ,even don't have proper place for in-room dining. For better understanding , rooms are even more compact than ginger hotels.

1. The rooms were of decent size and comfort but unfortunately we got a room with broken curtains and bathroom had used clothes of previous guest. Also, dr was cigar smell. The room service was below average. (Personal experience, my friends who were in the opposite room didn’t have this experience. Dr room was neat and clean) 2. Food was decent and healthy enough. 3. The overall service was good except the room service we had. 4. It’s a good hotel to jump in for a small visit they have everything arranged in that decent space. Which is brilliant.

I really impressed how hotel management has maintaining all need with very less space, staff were very supportive, only one thing need to improve is in dinner close time 10pm.

I have been staying at the hotel for the last two months in Pimpri, Pune. At first glance it may seem like a small room, but very cozy. Breakfast and dinner are really luxurious and delicious. Staff is very helpful and professional.

One of worst Disaster experience with this hotel and i don't want give this one rating also. I have booked this hotel for 3 days. I paid for including food. Very poor service and food. I checked out after one day only because of food.For dinner they will do charge 650 Rs and food which they give not worthy at all and it was tasteless. While checkout they told me about refund, that will credit on my account within 30 days. This refund process also one of cheating action with customers and even i was sending continuos emails and doing whatsapp with their respective mail id and phone number, this all not works. Dear hotel management atleast take care about food and rest of all secondary. Future i will not visit this hotel and i am not suggest to any of my friends. This hotel management deserving for this feedback.

The room needs to be updated and painted. It’s filthy to use the bathroom and shower. The rooms carpet is down to its last tether. I suppose the staff try their but management need to do a great deal and spend money on it. I’m sure people would pay a littl e more.

Everything was perfect! I was sad not to stay longer. The room are lovely and very spacious, with everything one could need and a lovely balcony view. The bathroom was particularly nice. The food was good quality and there was plenty variety. Staff went out of their way to help us and ensure we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

It's a budget hotel, good for corporate clients. Rooms are well designed and clean. A great plus is a separate toilet, separate bathroom and a separate wash basin. So, two people can live with ease. The rooms are small, but have TV, study table, fridge, locker, a torch, fast WiFi, hangers.. basically everything that is a must for the comfortable room. Cons of this hotel is that the reception is on the first floor. Ground floor is empty which is surprising.

We had an amazing experience! Checkin went smooth and the lady was super friendly and nice! The hotel doesn’t seem anything special from the outside, but the rooms are updated and beautiful! Super cozy and trendy!. Also with these times we are in right now I will note that the hotel was super clean and we felt very safe! Highly recommend this hotel! We will be back! :)

No Respect for senior citizens, Had booking for 26th & 27th-Dec Left the hotel in one day, Receptionist not at all bothered if V asked her to clear some food-parcel which v forgot to dump in garbage. For 2persons one whitener, when V asked in morning, came aftr 21mnts, had to attend 12th day death pooja but could not make it in time. Worst experience in my whole 63yrs.

Rooms are too small and cramped. Cleaning of the rooms is not great. Dustbins are not cleared every day (stayed for 2 nights). Breakfast is good with better variety. But dinner was very pathetic. No variety at all - one veg and one nonveg. That's it. Food most of the time was served cold and the team did not appear to be interested in monitoring that. Overall, would come back and stay only if there is no other option

I have been staying at Holiday Inn since 2010 .Holiday Inn always keep standards beyond customer expectations. This hotel i Stayed 8 days in March 2022 for business purpose. Thanks to staff caring conversation during my stay there.Embracing and the amazing view over the city. Since i spent most of time working from hotel room, the cleanliness and coziness is most concern to me, floor staff did support me a lot . And the wifi status was quite stable which really helpful on meeting or other business use.Overall it was a pleasant experience to stay.My special thanks to entire team !!!

Room was very compact, even wash basin was inside the room(outside bathroom). No place to sit and do the office work, the only place to site inside room is bed. Room amenities were also very limited. TV remote was not working and same was not changed even after complaining twice. Breakfast was OK with limited options. Good only if you have to stay there to sleep and nothing else.

The hotel is good, nicely maintained, clean and polite staffs. Daily room cleaning is also fine. The reception is on first floor so it takes a while to understand it, saw same with 4 more visitors. They have a sign of reception location but it's very hard to notice and read. Rooms, bathroom and toilets are quite small though but perhaps that's to provide economic pricing

4 star is a hoax! Not even worth half a star... I'd rather prefer an OYO room.... Pathetic service... You ask for towel at 4pm and the reply you get is that it's outsourced and won't come before 7pm! Call the room service at 10pm and finally getting down in search of water when I came to know that the entire staff is on leave....!! Worst experience at an IHG property.

Many of the reviews were good & My experience was not so good Room cleanliness ok. But outside of room It was not so clean & found foul smell from ac in corridors , while walking to room... May be less maintenance due to less business in covid Break fast good , dinner not so good.

However, while doing so, they have created smaller rooms and tried to squeeze in as much as possible in terms of facilities. The rooms are very small, you will hit into things when you move around and have limited mobility inside the room. The morning breakfast spread is good and filling The reception is the only area I liked. Parking is available and mostly you will see business people around as it’s strictly a business hotel But considering the options around you will get large rooms in other 3 star hotels which are also good.

Great buffet breakfast. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Very comfortable bed. Bath will all required toiletries. Very helpful staff. Ample parking available. Ala carte menu and lunch and dinner buffet should be more reasonably priced

Hotel rooms are small but good for a light traveller for a couple of nights on a budget trip. Breakfast is fair and sufficient. Love the reception area, it's really cozy! What made a wonderful difference are the staffs here. They are service oriented and have excellent service attitude. A lady on her shift came over to my breakfast table and asked about my stay. She addressed the issues right away. I have forgotten to ask for her name to thank her here but she was on shift when I checked in on 23 May 2023's evening and was still around at about 6 plus am the next day. She is really a great staff to be at your hotel. Please convey my gratitude and thanks to her!
