I
have
stayed
in
Holiday
Inn
Express
Hinjewadi
before,
but
the
service
in
Pimpri
was
very
disappointing.
I
had
booked
the
room
for
2
for
2
nights.
After
check-in
we
realised
there
was
no
toilet
paper
in
the
washroom,
only
one
coffee
mug
instead
of
2.
The
kettle
was
unplugged
and
we
were
not
able
to
put
it
in
the
socket.
After
trying
for
a
while
we
called
at
the
reception
to
fix
it,
but
till
2hrs
nobody
attended.
Luckily
when
we
were
leaving
in
the
evening
we
found
an
engineer
in
passage
and
got
it
fixed.
Before
leaving
we
informed
at
the
reception
to
keep
a
coffee
mug
and
we
need
toilet
paper
when
we
are
back.
Late
in
the
evening
when
we
were
back,
we
were
shocked
to
see
our
room
open,
though
our
luggage
was
intact.
They
had
kept
the
coffee
mug
and
toilet
paper
and
left
the
room
open.
Next
day
before
leaving
I
requested
at
the
reception
to
refill
the
tea/coffee,
clean
the
room
and
to
make
sure
the
room
is
closed.
But
to
our
utter
dismay
the
room
was
left
open
even
on
the
second
day.
They
didn't
check
our
temperate
even
once,
which
is
very
unexpected
considering
we
were
coming
from
a
different
state.
Guests
are
already
compromising
on
the
size
of
the
room
as
its
a
business
hotel
and
paying
more
just
for
a
good
and
hygienic
service.
Many
low
budget
hotels
offer
bigger
rooms
and
better
service
than
this.
We
had
chosen
to
stay
in
Holiday
Inn
for
their
service,
but
we
had
a
very
bad
experience
in
Pimpri,
Pune.
Not
expected
from
IHG
hotel.
