Update: This spot changed a bit. Lots of military come here. Note to self, the Nachos Grande isn't too grande... The drive through can get long. Going inside can be quicker. Overall, these guys work are fast to pump out orders. Ghetto due to the homeless situation. Used to be okay. Can be ghetto with the girls in the back having to take phone orders because the drive thru speaker is not working. Poor girls.

Super.... If you want to wait in the drive thru for an hour. The dining room doors close somewhere around 9ish. The drive thru line is always out on the road and you'll wait a good hour before you drive away with your food. BUT, tacos, so you do what you gotta do.

There was something horribly wrong Sunday night 11/13. The line for the drive thru was four deep on the street. I waited for almost 20 minutes, only one car pulled out from the window and two others besides myself gave up and drove away. I'm not sure if it was a food problem or a staffing problem but the owner lost thousands with this incident. Please try to do better for your customers!

the Wahiawa, Hawaii location is often jam packed for the drive-thru I attempted to place an order while on way home on Thursday, October 13th, 2022 at about 10amHST with no luck I've placed a survey feedback, let's see what happens Waisted my valuable time while they got paid for nothing, no order was fullfilled as their staffing urgency was not insinc on this day, hour No "minoaka", smiles, no appology as I drove up to window because there was confusion while trying to place order, all I asked was if I could order a lunch item...

Taco Bell drive thru in Wahiawa is super slow. The reason is because you order one car length of the window. So, you order and then you move up to the window and they still gotta make your order so you are waiting at the window causing a long drive thru line. Bad placing of the ordering monitor. But one good thing is that food will always be hot. We got the veggie power bowls this time and mild sauce. Mix the veggie power bowl with the mild sauce and you have a winner! Pretty much all the Taco Bell food is good. But I do have some pics of what I ordered another time. Small cups! Lol

I think I've only gotten one messed-up order here in two years. Good portion sizes. Lobby was clean and staff friendly. Only real complaint is the drive through can be slow, but they serve alot of people, so it makes sense.

My Spicy Grilled Cheese Nacho Steak Fries was good in taste, but the presentation wasn't it & I had a very small portion of it especially the fries, it was about 5 of them. Also, I don't like the drinks come in a paper cup here. The service was slow as well and it wasn't packed that day.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food is always fresh. Employees are always pleasant. This one is always busy. Drive thru is always long. Sometimes it's faster to just go inside. But that's 👍

if I could give zero stars I would because I got zero service. Was very disappointed went to get some food and they said they were only taking uber eats. Dont know if im ever getting taco bell again.

Went to Taco Bell tonight to wait in line for 30 minutes being the third car in line when we got to the window it took them a minute to even take her order to which they put in wrong that wrong and gave us the complete wrong order and wrong drinks just to giggle about it in our faces. Not to mention they all had cups, and we’re drinking the slushies right by the window while making food and giggling. Watched almost 10 people get out of line.

The drive through line is crazy especially when it blocks the way for anyone trying to get in to park. Wait time is very long. I've had missing items more than once even though I ordered through the app.

I love Taco Bell so much that I just downloaded the app! but this location is always slow. Doesn’t matter what time or day of the week either. You’ll have to wait in line for a while. I’d recommend the location in Mililani, since it’s definitely not as bad.

Food and facility is as expected. After it closes the drive thru line can be very long. I waited 1 hour on Friday night. Probably need more help to make food faster after hours. Newly remodeled or new building. Ample parking.

Be prepared to wait 25-30 minutes for your taco.. The service used to be fairly quick up until about 3-4 months ago. Ever since then, both the drive thru and inside takes forever. Staff has no urgency. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes today and only moved up one car. I left the line and went to McDonald’s, ordered and got my food then noticed the same vehicles in the drive thru at Taco Bell. Last time I’m going there.

Sure the food is usually correct, but be prepared to WAIT. We ordered ahead of time on the mobile app and I still waited a good half hour. Went inside because the app said my food was ready and it was not. The staff has ZERO urgency. It took them a good ten minutes to even greet me

Slowest fast food restaurant in existence, whether going inside or waiting in your car in the drive through you can count on waiting AT LEAST 45 mins for your food. You can drive to the next town over and get your food faster than here. Horrible management. The drive through order screen is one car length away from the window.

Around lunchtime is a bad time to go. The drive-thru line is almost always busy, and it takes a long time to get through it. And because there's a line you always feel rushed right through as soon as it's your turn, not much a welcoming feeling. But knowing this, yes, I still go there, but I try to go right before or after the rush so that it is a more pleasant experience.

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. 45min just to order food, when it’s not even busy. This is by no means fast food, I would’ve gotten my food faster if I went to a sit down restaurant. During lunch hour, after waiting in line for 30min (we where 4th in line) i gave up and ordered inside. No one to take my order after standing for 5min waiting so used the self order, while I’m using the self order a gentleman walks in and gets to order his food right away. Poor management, poor customer service and no apologies. If you are wondering why we put up with this ridiculously long line and wait it’s because my son is vegetarian and there’s no other options. If I had known it was gonna take almost an hour for us to get our food I would’ve driven anywhere else. Must avoid this place at all costs.

Let's start with the fact that the drive-thru takes astronomically long to get through. This is the only time in my entire life where I've sat in a Taco Bell drive-thru for more than 30 minutes multiple times. It's always this drive-thru. Then let's also address the fact that they don't close until 10:00 but the doors are locked before 9:47. Absolutely ridiculous. I order online and have to wait in a 30 minute line just to get my order

Drive thru backs up into the street. They need someone to park and move cars during busy hours so drivers can move through town without obstruction. December 16th 2022 1013pm drive thru backed up into street. Now streatching around the corner at a traffic light. Send a worker out to take orders? Is there a way to order through an app and park for pickup?

Takes forever over 30 min I drive thru . No parking especially since there is now reserved stalls for mobile orders. They never put the sour cream that I pay extra for. And the evening crew seems more interested in have a lil social in there rather than customer service.

Absolutely the worst drive through I have ever experienced. From person taking order with no one in line in front of me telling me to hold on six times before finally taking my order 13 minutes later. To the person at window on personal cellphone talking and messing up my drink cover coating me a new shirt from the spillage that occurred. Top it all off my order no tomatoes was clearly substituted for extra tomatoes. Absolute terrible service

The double beef burrito spicy. Believe it or not, was actually too hot for me. So minus the crunchy hot chips and light on the jalapenos, please. And 2 Fire sauce.

One of the better guilty pleasures when it comes to fast food. I like the Beefy Melt Burrito, but I sub black beans instead of their usual Spanish rice on this item. Oh, and cinnamon twists remain yummy!

Only 3 stars simply because of the parking lot. Which 90% of the island deals with. Staff goes out to ensure cars move through in a timely manner though. Know what ya want folks it's taco bell. Nobody at this drive thru has time for you to ask questions about the menu.

The guy who took my order from drive thru was really rude. Im not ever going to come back to that place again!

The lines are never consistent and sometimes the employees take to long just to even get your order put in. They never give you enough sauce or give you the sauce you asked for but during lunch they are quick.

The poor girl was trying to hand put food and cash the two boys sat there and tried slushies they did nothing to help and 7 cars left the line. Horrible service. Feel even worse for the girl. They couldn't even make the right drinks for her. She was waiting on drinks.
