We
stayed
in
the
executive
suite
for
4
nights
and
the
service
was
not
great.
It
is
expensive
and
thereโs
nothing
luxurious
about
it.
The
pool
was
not
available
to
use
during
our
stay,
there
was
no
buffet
breakfast
as
advertised.
Rooms
were
not
very
clean
when
we
checked
in.
Bathroom
floors
were
dusty.
Sheets
were
discoloured
with
holes
in
them.
Wifi
didnโt
work
for
two
days
we
had
to
keep
calling
them
to
get
it
fixed.
For
an
executive
suite,
they
had
no
iron
in
the
room
and
no
complimentary
ironing
service.
The
laundry
services
burned
and
ruined
my
daughterโs
clothing
and
did
not
have
the
courtesy
to
tell
us,
we
found
out
after
we
checked
out
and
were
unpacking
at
home.
The
entire
experience
was
TERRIBLE.
The
manager
is
the
worse,
heโs
rude,
loud
and
has
no
respect
for
guests.
The
price
we
payed
and
the
service
we
received
are
not
comparable.
The
staff
are
courteous
and
friendly,
and
responsive.
The
peacocks
are
loud
and
they
donโt
clean
up
after
them.
Water
from
the
taps
was
brown
and
dirty.
I
think
they
should
really
review
their
service
and
improve
on
it,
the
hotel
has
got
potential
but
the
experience
is
the
worse
Iโve
had,
it
doesnโt
matter
if
you
have
only
two
guests
you
should
still
provide
them
quality
service.
