Telling someone they most likely have diabetes is not the news you tell someone as if it’s nothing extreme. The nurse practitioner, Shaun, was extremely blunt and in NO WAY sincere when telling me my problem pointed in the direction of diabetes - when she knows absolutely nothing about my history. I understand this may be her personality - a very blunt and straightforward person. But, when you are working with the public - you should at least have some compassion and bedside manners. I gave 2 stars tho because everyone else was nice

I have had to go to urgent care for 2 separate issues the last 2 weeks. Both times I went the staff was friendly, concerned, and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. They called me back within an hour of arriving and I didn't have to wait for tests to be ran. When I went this last Friday, the nurse practitioner who saw me was incredibly kind and took her time to listen to me and let me look up previous medications I was on for the same issue in the past. I highly, highly recommend their services and I will continue to go here when I have non emergent health issues. Thank you ladies for everything!

Amazing group of women! From the doctor, to the nurses, I felt like they genuinely listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me. So much so that they called a radiologist and set up an appointment for me, followed by a call to check in on me a few days after. I recommend them for any urgent care matters!

The service was prompt and right on time. The nurse that took my blood work and check my vitals was very professional. She only stuck me with the needle one time which is typically not the case for me because my veins are very small. Usually it takes people five or six times and I just thought she was very knowledgeable on what she was doing. Her name is Teanna. The physician was very knowledgeable as well and he was very nice. Overall everybody was nice and very professional. The office was decorated with Christmas decorations and it was welcoming. Thanks Urgent Care now I don't have to wait for a doctor's appointment on Monday. I can get everything handled today on a Sunday!

This is truly the best urgent care center in town! The staff was very polite, professional, caring, and well-knowledgeable. The environment was very clean and organized. Each staff member made me feel like my concerns mattered to them. I was treated like a person, not just a patient. Thank you all so much for making my experience memorable : -)

I can’t say enough great things about this urgent care, staff and physicians. I have unfortunately needed urgent care several times over the past year and found them. You can make an appointment online, complete and fill out everything from your phone to include uploading a photo of your license and insurance card. Then you can check-in from your phone upon arrival. The only thing left to do is pay your copay at the desk. They are very thorough and can even do chest X-rays on site. Each time, I’ve received exceptional care, medication to help me quickly recover AND they call a few days after to check on you! Who does that anymore? Hardly anyone. 20/10 highly recommend!

The staff here is very friendly and thorough. The facilities are clean and they actively kept the waiting area and examine rooms sanitized. The nurse practitioner has great bedside manner and was extremely knowledgeable. Our prescription was called in without issues and they even gave a follow-up call to check on the aftercare well-being. I highly recommend this urgent care. The best around, hands down.

I went to the Physicians United Urgent Care on 11/10. This was my 3rd seperate visit to this facility. Everytime I have gone..the first thing I notice is how clean and clean- smelling it is when I walk in. I love the hard wood floors ..it gives it a homey feel. The next thing I notice is how friendly the staff is. I never have to wait long to be seen. The doctors are always so nice and professional and their diagnosis gave always been correct. It's been a pleasure and comfort to go to this facility when you need urgent care. I recommend this facility. Thank you doctors and staff for all you do!

BEST URGENT CARE RECEIVED EVER! .....from reception, to triage, to physician/clinician care. Very impressed with whole team. Exceptionally friendly and professional. Simple patient registration and a very short wait time. I was not rushed. They listened intently. I was treated with dignity, compassion and respect. As I left, even staff who were not part of the team I interacted with, wished me well.

I’ve visited a few urgent care facilities over the past few years, in an effort to avoid the Hospital ER by any means, and I have to say this place is PERFECT! I rode by it a few times and didn’t pay too much attention to it, but I’m so glad I stopped in to be checked out. The staff are SO friendly and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The best part is they even called a few days later to check on me to see if I was feeling any better, which has NEVER happened before with other urgent care facilities.

They have a wonderful staff! Extremely friendly, patient and understanding. They listened, understood that I knew my body well enough to knke what was wrong and treated me accordingly. I was treated with respect and like I was an actual person and not some number on the wall or another insurance claim to file. Even though your sick, you still need to be able to smile, and they like to do that- make you smile. Would recommend them everyday of the week and twice on Sunday’s! Thank y’all so much for everything.

Very easy to get an appointment online. I cannot speak enough about how friendly and professional the staff were. Thank you to Shaun for helping my Dad and Thank you to Simone for being so friendly and helpful at the desk. Med Now just wanted to send us to the emergency room.....we all know how that is! I visited here the day after thanksgiving and the service was phenomenal. Immediately after the nurse seen my injury she took me back for X-rays. It’s was a fast response time and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this business to every I come in contact with. They staff even call a few day later an did a follow up on me whoch i thought was exceedingly great! Thanks again!

Great experience! Facility is VERY CLEAN and modern. The receptionist, medical assistant, and doctor were all very friendly, welcoming, and professional . Booked the appointment online. Filled out all the forms online and uploaded pictures of my license for a faster check in time. I went right when they opened and was the first one there. The wait was no more than 10 mins. Dr. Shanita Wiley came right in and examined my daughter and was able to diagnosed my daughter for a rash she’s been having. I would definitely return if I need medical attention. Also, they called me twice to check up on my daughter to see if she recovered. Unfortunately, I missed their phone calls. However, it’s nice to know they care enough to call and check up on their patients! Definitely recommend!

My first visit was October 26th for a deep finger cut. I was administered top notch medical care and the customer service was quite notable. Not to mention, the facility is so clean and beautiful. My prescriptions were expediently sent to the appropriate pharmacy and days later, I was given a wellness check call which I greatly appreciated! I am back in the office today for my Covid Booster and I am still pleased with all of the previously mentioned advantages of being treated at this location!!
