    They botched a simple procedure to put in a feeding tube and then released my Mom on hospice instead of transferring her to another hospital at our request. This caused her a lot of unnecessary pain. They even had the gall to tell Hospice Care that my Mother was ineligible for a feeding tube. We drove her an hour away to a different hospital that performed the procedure successfully and because Hampton did such a terrible job, the surgeon at the new hospital made sure my Mom was released to a nursing home to recover. After only a week of being at the nursing home we were told that she will be able to come home in a couple months as she will be able to walk again, talk like she was able to before, and will be able to eat without the tube. That Hampton wouldn't transfer her to a different hospital and instead chose to release her on hospice, shows how they are not only incompetent, but also unprofessional. I'm glad we trusted our gut and not this hospital. I wish I could have left zero stars.

    My name is Khorey Smith. My dad,as of this review, is currently a patient there. His name is Richard Smith. He is currently in the ICU department. I want to let you know that the service of your nurses n that department DEFINITELY needs to be ADDRESSED! Ellen, the nurse who cared for him, told my sister flat out “I don’t think he’s gonna make it past the night.” Another nurse, Melanie came into the room during our most recent visit on Tuesday, April 25th and said “so did ya make a decision yet pull the plug?” WHO THE HELL SAYS THAT in that particular time? That’s what me and my brother and sisters were talking about but the visit but for the REGISTERED NURSE, not the DOCTOR, the NURSE says that to family members. I see the good reviews on google get a response, but the bad ones don’t get addressed. Can’t fix problems if you don’t address them. I work for a prominent healthcare network, Lehigh Valley Health Network, where that kind of behavior gets addressed ASAP. I will be posting this on google as well as sending this email to the local news network and hopefully those staff members get reprimanded. I bet that I won’t get a response from anyone because they only respond to “good” reviews

    Most pleasant experience I’ve had at Any hospital ever! Kudos to Kimberly, Marci and Rachel in pre-op for their excellent attention to every detail. Their professional demeanor including their awesome bedside manners exceeded All of my expectations! Thank you Ladies!! You are all true diamonds in your respective professions. Also, a big thumbs up to Dr. Elvington, nurse Janie and all the others who assisted with the surgery ! 👍🏻❤️

    My husband had an accident at his job in SC had to go to Hampton. He was there for more the 7 hours with no answers called the nurse just opened the door said wait and left! By far the worst experience ever in a hospital!!!

    We are very fortunate to have a medical facility such as HRMC in our small town. Thought I have never stayed over night in the facility, I have used it as my primary source of procedures such as MRI's, X-Rays, Colonoscopy, minor surgeries, and the ER. Everyone was skillful and knowledgeable. Thank you HRMC for being a part of our community!

    I went to Hampton regional hospital on 1/26/03. I had the most wonderful experience. I was called in back before I could even finish registering. Dr Osborne was an awesome Dr. The nurses were excellent. Everyone was professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would tell anyone to go to this hospital. You will be treated with professionalism.

    They are excellent. I want to say thank you to everyone who helped me on May 20, 2023 . I was burned with 2nd degree burns. They call doctors hospital cause they don't do major burns. Thank you!

    My wife was in the hospital for five weeks,September 12 to October 19 2023, where she received outstanding care.i can not say enough about about the quality care that she received
